WWE News: Jericho Teased For Raw, Del Rio Takes Over Ricardo Segments
Posted by Jeremy Thomas on 08.04.2014

- WWE.com's Five-Point Preview is teasing a one-on-one match with Luke Harper for Raw. The article takes note of Jericho's win over Erick Rowan on Smackdown, which barred him from ringside for the SummerSlam match, and says that "Should Y2J similarly eliminate Luke Harper from this match, Wyatt will be forced into a fair fight against Jericho — a rare scenario indeed for the calculating 'Man of 1,000 Truths.' Will Jericho have the opportunity to level the playing field this week?"

- WZ reports that Alberto del Rio handled the pre-taped backstage interview segments that air on Raw and Smackdown only in Mexico. Del Rio took over for Ricardo Rodriguez, who was released last week, and stayed in heel mode as he mocked his former associate for being "fat" and "useless." Whether this is a permanent spot for Del Rio or not isn't known.
