RVD turns down latest contract offer...
Rob Van Dam has turned down WWE's latest contract offer, meaning his current deal is set to expire over the summer (likely July). The two sides may reach a deal before then, otherwise RVD would become a free agent. Because of the contract issues, ECW is being built around CM Punk and Elijah Burke, not RVD.
