-The 8.24.07 edition of Smackdown scored a 2.2 rating, which is the lowest the show has done in close to a year.

-RealityTVWorld.com reports that John J. Graziano, the passenger in the accident with Nick Hogan, remains in critical condition and is possibly facing brain damage according to his grandmother. The Tampa Tribune reports that Graziano is a Marine who recently returned from a tour of duty in Iraq. There is also a report from the Pinellas Park, FL police, citing Hogan for a fourth speeding offense on August 10 — a 82 MPH in a 45 MPH zone violation.
