WWE News: Latest On Adamle & Tazz Walking Off ECW Broadcast

April 30, 2008 | Posted by Ashish

– WWE.com has an article up about Mike Adamle walking off the ECW broadcast last night. According to the article, Adamle (and Tazz who left shortly after him) “exited the arena and marched straight to the parking lot. Adamle was said to look shocked and expressionless as he left.” The article also mentions that calls and texts to Adamle and Tazz have not been answered, saying that “It has been no secret that our traditional ECW fans have not been satisfied with Adamle’s lackluster commentary.” Check out the full article here.

– Tazz and Mike Adamle did not return to the backstage area last night. They left the show and did not return. Many WWE workers actually thought Adamle walking out was a legit shoot and figured Vince McMahon had fired him. Obviously the situation is a worked storyline though.

– Next week’s ECW On Sci-Fi will be the 100th episode. The plan is to broadcast it live. Matches announced for the show include Mike Knox vs. Tommy Dreamer in an Extreme Rules match and Colin Delaney vs. Armando Estrada to earn a contract.
