Petey Williams Injury Update

How bad is it for Petey?
The latest word on the TNA X-Division champion is that he will miss a minimum of 6-weeks. Williams suffered a broken orbital bone at Tuesday's Impact tapings. There is no word on what TNA will do with the X-Division title as of this report.

Hopefully they'll put the title on Jimmy Rave. They could have a heck of a storyline upon Petey Williams return to action.

Finally, a reason to book my ultimate creation. From the mind that bought the reverse ladder match, the reverse battle royal and the reverse cage match - 6 of the most under utilised guys we got square off for the vacant X Division Title.... NOTHING CAN PREPARE YOU FOR REVERSE ULTIMATE X!! Coming soon only on TNA PPV!
BWWAHAHAHAHA!!

Bummer for petey, hope he gets well soon. so who's going to be the next X division champ? I'm going with Curry Man

Man how much does this suck for Petey? I guess they've got no choice but to strip him of the belt - knowing TNA it will probably be some ludicrous reverse escape on-a-pole winner gets the belt loser gets fired russoriffic gimmick clusterfuck for it. Which Petey will shockingly enter at the end to win anyway. SWERVE~!

Damn, I just knew that when Steiner shaved him bald Petey would lose all of his power.

Scott Steiner = Dalilah

Maybe they will now have a tournament for the X Division title. But with Russo these will be the rules
- 8 X Division wrestlers
- First Round all 8 wrestlers must team up with a female and win a mix tag match against another female and a non x division wrestler to advance to 2nd round
- The first 4 X Division guys that advance will then have to compete in a Royal Rumble with 6 Heavyweight wrestlers. The 2 that last the longest will advance to the finals
- In the finals the 2 wrestlers will compete in a "mystery box match for the belt" there will be 4 boxes outside the ring and the 2 wrestlers will face off and each time there is a pin fall the winner of the pinfall gets to choose a box. If the box is empty the match must continue until the box containing the belt is found.
- Once the wrestler finds the belt he must then successfully defend the belt in a Orlando studio street fight against the wrestler who finished in 3rd place in the royal rumble from round 2.
Then whoever wins that match will become the new X-Division champion.
Sounds like a Russo/TNA type tournament right?

and the NEW X DIVISION CHAMPION? SHARK BOY! but seriously, give it to KAZ!!!

That was BRILLIANT! MANY BUYS!
More likely than not, though, they'll just drop it back on Lethal for no other reason than "he was the last champ." Either that or the AAA Dome....err, Impact Dome that's coming at the PPV will be for the belt now.

Have Cornette win the title with a racket shot.

Jimmy Rave? Are you Bubba Ray Dudley, trying to further bury the X-Division?
