Latest On Ashley/Escort Story: Author Stands By Story, New Evidence Shows Ashley Tied To Agency

Not a good day of news for Ashley Massaro...
As reported over the weekend, a story in Rolling Stone Magazine listed WWE Diva Ashley Massaro as an escort for a high-class agency in Los Angeles that would sell off nights with her to rich men for $25,000. The agency was shut down by the FBI. Ashley denied the story and said it was totally false.
Today, Rolling Stone Contributing Editor Michelle Grigoriadis, who wrote the article, told PWInsider the following.
"Obviously, I stand by my story. Massaro is named in an FBI search warrant that was executed on Michelle Braun's property in October, 2007. I have no knowledge of another woman by the same name."
Meanwhile, prowrestling.net uncovered an old, outdated ad for "Ashley Massaro" on the old Bella Models website which is no longer active. If you search through the old website cache archives, an ad featuring Ashley does come up and lists her as living in New York City (she is from Long Island, NY) and states that she is willing to travel for a booking fee of $25,000. If it's $25,000 to bang her, I wonder if she'd take her nasty-ass lip piercings out for an extra Ben Franklin?

In the Danish Stripping-business, it is a common practice to advertise all the famous strippers (yup, we've got celebrity-strippers in Denmark), and then when they are booked do a 'sorry, she is not avaliable right now... ...what else might you be interested in?'-routine. Illegal, but still common practice.
If Rolling Stones has published the story, that Ashley worked as a prostitute, then they need to document more than the fact that somebody advertised Ashley as a prostitute.

Long Island is not appart of NYC.
Either A) They may have meant Staten Island or B) The link of NYC to Long Island is BS.
Anyway, $25,000 is too steep for me.

Why do so many people find the fact that Ashley may have worked as an escort so unbelievable? The escort service specifically employed Playboy, FMH, and Maxim models. Before Ashley joined the WWE, she did Playboy on multiple occasions in 2003 and 2004 under the name Ryan MacKenzie or MacKenzie Ryan. The article says the FBI monitored emails between Ashley and the escort service in 2004, one year before she joined the WWE. So the timeline and her profile as a Playboy model matches. It doesn't seem that unbelievable that a relatively unknown model would accept a big chunk of cash for wealthy, powerful men to bang her, some of whom might be in the entertainment business and could possibly get her work.
I mean personally, prositution doesn't offend me. Its a victimless crime (assuming there are no abusive pimps involved) and I don't think any less of Ashley today than I did before this article broke.

Since when does the Bible justify "potential" prostitution? It is our business because some people (I suppose) would see her as a role model. She's somewhat of a celebrity and in which case it's everyone's business if she was involved in something like this. If it turns out to be true, the little respect I have for her will become zero. I have every right to feel that way.
