Various News: Lashley Appearance, Khali Gets Promoted, Helms Article, Lita/Skid Row

Thursday news update!
- Bobby Lashley's first post-WWE wrestling appearance will be for Booker T's PWA on May 23rd in Pasadena, Texas.
- Amy "Lita" Dumas' band, The Luchagores, will be opening for Skid Row in Duluth, GA.

- The Great Khali has gotten a promotion at his old job (police officer) in India even though he has been on an "extended sick leave" since beginning his wrestling career.
"He has brought the force international fame and has made us all very proud with his many achievements as a wrestler," said senior police official Rajan Gupta told the Associated Press.
Khali was an assistant sub inspector, but has been promoted to sub inspector. He will return to work the job next week.
Say what you will about Khali, but I would not break a law if he was watching
me.

piss then get in ring and punch Brock, Brock really rage then F-5 to BOOKER T!!
Then Sharmell slap Brock for F-5 to Booker T then Brock slap her then Sharmell
fall down and Brock call out his wifey Sable, Sable as she walking in ring and
then F-5 to SHARMELL!

Khali a cop. Jeeezuz man, as a person who tends to break the rules, if I saw
Khali I'd be on the straightened arrow for the rest of my life. I'm a big guy,

Khali is actually more impressive Live. I was at a taping and did the "You
Can't see me" gesture at him, he glared at me and I practically wet my
pants. He's one intimidating SOB!
Guess he's not coming back, but hey he's a former World champ and had a good
run.

Why turn Khali face when we've got bigshow as the actually talented "Pick
on someone your own size" Giant!
Lets face it Khali as a face would be ever worse than Cena's face turn (granted
I like Cena but he was way more over as a heel) Khali is naturally booed because
he cannot wrestle, so he might as well be a monster and a bad guy, just so the
people who care more about storys than skill can boo him as well.

It's kinda refreshing to see a wrestling doing something productive and giving
back to his community, instead of getting hit with DUI and drug charges in his

I always said Khali should be a face, come in and destroy like Kane and Meng
used to - whenever there was too many heels beating someone down and no one
could do anything, the whole arena chants 'Khali, Khali' and then he comes down
and cleans house
