Nick Hogan Update
Posted by Ashish on 05.08.2008

Hulk Hogan's son, Nick Hogan, is due in court tomorrow to face the charge of felony reckless driving involving serious bodily injury. He is expected to plead guilty or no contest, even though he has yet to reach any plea deal with prosecutors. He could face up to five years in prison. Hogan was speeding and under the influence of alcohol before getting into a bad car accident that left his friend in critical condition.

It's good to hear that someone in this family has stepped up and admitted that
they did something wrong.. and if its true that he does not have a plea deal in
place, I hope the judge gives him true justice not "celebrity
justice" The judge should suspend his liscence until he is at least 21 and
he should spend some serious time in jail.

License suspended 1-5 yrs. Plus 1-5 years probabtion. No jail time. Community
service perhaps talking to highschool kids about the importance of wearing a
seatbelt since Nick was wearing one and was barely injured and his friend
wasn't wearing one and was seriously injured.

jail for this kind of thing is ridiculous as far as i'm concerned but he should
have his license suspended for a very long period of time and compensation
should be paid to the poor lad who got obliterated in the accident.

Yeah. Tap out, motherfucker.

It's the least he could do...

The judge will sentence Nick to a series of chairshots to the head followed by
having to watch ALL of his dad's last WWE run on video. Drunk, reckless driving
is a terrible thing.

He's still an idiot who ruined his friend's life, but credit to him for not
creating smoke where there wasn't any fire.

By the way, WWE just released Torrie Wilson.

I hope they throw the book at his punk ass!

Oh, By the way, I'm sure Nick grabbed his friend, bound and gagged him, refused
to let him buckle up,...probably sucked two or three beers in front of his wild
eyed buddy, Then Screamed " Lets take the highway to hell dude" and
sped off into the darkness. Or could it have been two buds F'n around like some
idiot teens tend to do from time to time and simply screwed up? Only it cost
them, The dude was a really good friend, don't you suppose Nick has had to
suffer the agony of living with what happened to him every day for the rest of
his life?

YOu guys are forgetting that its a CRIME to drink and drive...especially under
age. He's just lucky noone else got hurt or worse. Remember, it could have been
YOUR mom or YOUR sister he crashed into and hurt/killed. What would you be
saying then?? Needless to say he ruined his friends life by being a stupid kid.
Hes gotta own up to the full consequences.

Everyone need respect to HOGAN's family, because Hulk Hogan is Hogan and son is
Nick and they should give a love to him. Or otherwise, would you like be in
instead that person who is in coma? So show a respect to Nick! Guy who is in
coma, I think it his fault, his family stupid to keep point Nick'ss fault, I
don't think so, it HIS! Nick Hogan is INNOCENT AND SHOUT HIS NAME and write the
board and put hand up front of courthouse and make him FREEEEEE. Now everyone
please think twice, is really nick's fault? Nope, it his friend fault for
"join" with them and drunk too. So start Point Finger to his family.

He SHOULD do jail time but probably won't.

I would bet all the money in the world he will get a suspended sentence.

They went easy on Winehouse. Hilton, Barton and he will be no different.

They should have given Snipes a break.

Just give him life so we dont have to deal with him again.

No point sending him to jail - what would it prove?

I see no reason why he can't be banned from driving for life though.

Saying that the car accident was a "bad" car accident is amateurish
writing.

the penalty should be severe but i can't condone jail time for the poor kid.
Maybe a few months in county to scare the ever loving shit out of him, but
anything more than that is not warranted here. Theres more deserving people
who need that jailspace.
