WWE Releases Torrie Wilson

Unfortunately it wasn’t a surprise…
WWE.com is reporting that the company has released Torrie Wilson. Wilson had been recovering from back injuries, and it appeared as if her in ring days were over due to them. Torrie Wilson worked with WCW from 1999-2001, and then was brought into the WWE during the Invasion angle of 2001.
WWE did wish Torrie the best in all her future endeavors.

oh well. it wasn't as if she could do a lot anymore. at least she got in a lot
of company paid therapy first.

Honestly, I don't think she was anything more than a trick.
She was brought into WCW as eye candy, and you could tell she never really
loved wrestling. She was only there to collect a paycheck.
And now she's in her 30s, so WWE tosses her to the scrap pile. The shelf life
of a diva is short.

The surprise is that she still had a job.
And if you want to cry for her, think how many Wrestlemania paychecks has she
collected in the past.

Yeah, think of how much money she must've made. And here I am, making $40k to
sit at a desk all day and bore myself to death. Torrie probably made that with
one Wrestlemania payday.

TORRIE WILSON, it good to release her, who need her? Tell truth.... only one
hotest female in wwe is Beth & Candice. Torrie only in wwe, not for
wrestling, only she want is "Flirt" to candice, everyone saw it, she
touch Candice's private part "Psy" hold it like 35 sec or 40 sec. She
not that pretty, she freaky and rape.

It's funny. I was reading WWE magazine today, and she does a column with Randy
Orton on Health and Beauty issues. In this particular issue, she has the most
smokin' pic in the whole magazine, beating Skanky Ashley twice, Mickie James
and Maria once.
She is not my favorite diva by any means, but she looks freaking smokin' for
her age.
I don't think wrestling was ever her calling, and she actually was better in a
lot of the backstage skits than most divas.
Anyways, I wondered why she wasn't released this morning, and boom there it
was.
Maybe tommorow I can do the same about Hardcore Holly.
Torrie, thanks for the spank bank material. You will always have a special
folder on my hard drive.

For her role, I enjoyed Torrie Wilson. She never made a major impact in the
company, but she also did her job and did it well. She's still massively hot
and will have plenty of modeling work im sure. Good Luck Torrie.

Little bit surprised about this. I knew her in ring career was pretty much over
but the company always seemed to be pretty keen on her so thought they'd find
something for her to do.
Is kind of amusing that everyone always goes on about WWE being more concerned
with looks for their Divas, with wrestling being an afterthought and here they
are kicking one of their most popular Divas onto the scrap heap because she
can't wrestle anymore...
That scrap heap is of course TNA, by the way.

She was much better used in WCW (even though that's not really saying a lot, as
being David Flair's manager isn't so great) and was much more beautiful there as

I rag on the generic blondes with fake tits all the time, but I still find this

A nearly 10 year career in a business I'm sure she never intended to spend more
than a cup of coffee in... not to mention a couple playboy covers and being one
of the most well liked female performers in that time... not bad. Never a great
worker, but she did what she was good at, looking good and having a cool dog.

shes still good looking for her age so for everybody to be so sad to see her go,
you probably don't have to be cause she'll probably have another job soon. She
