How do all these celebrity mug shots get out so quickly? The cops at the county jail back in Illinois wouldn't even give me a copy of my own mug shot when was arrested years ago.

This is really sad, all i can say is that my prayers and thoughts go out to the Bollea/Hogan family. All they gotta do is stay strong emotionally, and I wish the best for Nick.

Police departments can delay release of mugshots...but they are public domain. If the department decides to release the mug...they come out quickly. Otherwise a media outlet has to file a freedom of information act notice to get the mug...and that takes more time. Since this mugshot came out so fast...the department apparently did not hassle about it.

Nick's going to be in county prison for 8 Months. It's going to be minimum security probably. The biggest issue will be nick staying dry for 5 years considering guys like him's social lives revolve totally around Alchohol. I can imagine this now

Sometimes life in general needs to be valued and understood.
By no means underestimate the unevidable because that's when life takes you down for the 3 count or 5 count.
It is sad for both families. This example is just a good one.
Never drink and drive and if you do, depending on any levels, ask someone to call a taxi instead of stepping in a car with someone else or take a bus home.
Snap out of it and think twice even when you are in misery because alcaholism is a desease and it can posses the mind and body. You are in charge not the beer.
It's said for his friend and there too is another example of seeing your best friend in a coma and in that state, but people do learn to do the right thing and hopefully I am sure Nick has learned.
Nobody is exempt of alcahol.
I am sure the Hulk family will get over this and make decisions about any outcome.

Guys Every High school has an Idiot like Nick! every college has a frat boy who doesn't realize when he's drunk and loves to drive too fast!
This kind of Shit is sad, it sucks, but It's not like Nick was evil or that the Hogan's were working the system. Nick Pleaded No Contest. He's going to prision and going to stay dry. Nick didn't kill him, nick was being stupid and it was a horrible accident. It isn't good and evil it was the wrong thing happening. Nick survived and has to deal with this forever, Hulk's repuation is over. This sucks, and it's nicks fault but it doesn't make him a bad guy. It makes him immnature and unlucky. Every College has somebody probably several guys just like Nick and this could easily happen to them. Does Nick Deserve the Jail Time, yes. but in the end Nick will learn from this and life will go on.

I was running on a treadmill at the gym and seen the report playing on one of the tv's. I nearly fell off laughing when I seen Hulk standing in front of the judge with a black do-rag on. I can't believe the judge let him keep that thing on. Usually they won't let you even wear a hat in court, but Hulk gets to keep the do-rag. Maybe the judge didn't want the court room to be distracted by the tv lights shining off of his bald head.
