I really hope that if he returns without the mask, he is still Abyss and not "Chris Parks" or under a new stupid gimmick

I also hope he stays as Abyss because the character is marketable. There is no point trying to start from scratch with the guy as he already has a good following.

after reading the spoilers (guilty of that for once) the show seems like it'll be a solid show. So right now the Abyss returns footage seems like a plus. At least we are aware unlike Abyss' last return out of nowhere or Hardy's return last night. I doubt it'll gain viewers but I'm a big enough Abyss fan to enjoy this.
