Adam Pearce in the NWA champion, that means he's the top guy on non-televised wrestling.
Just a question for RoHbots since I don't really follow the promotion. Does ROH recognize Pearce holding such a big title? I mean considering the legends who held that belt, Flair, Threz, Dusty Rhodes, Harley Race. it's a prestigious prize.

this is why tna shouldn't have had angle squash styles right after his debut. this match could be huge, but instead comes off a little one sided.

10/23, eh? Pretty presumptuous if they're already assuming he'll be out on parole after serving only 5 months of his 8 month sentence.

No Davy, they don't recognize the NWA title. Actually, aside from the titles of their sibling promotions, they don't recognize any American titles on air.

I wish Angle would sit put the PPV. They can milk this Karen thing for the rest of the summer and make their match even bigger down the road.

So the fact that the NWA Title! the title that was most prestigious before Vince jr Took over wrestling, isn't even recognized by a company that's supposed to be all about true wrestling.
man Pearce should renegotiate his deal with NWA.
Posted By: Davy (Guest) on May 23, 2008 at 10:49 PM
Come on Davy, the NWA title has meant absolutely nothing for over a decade! WCW disowned the damn thing and Shane Douglas overkilled the damn thing! Sure at one point it was the most prestigious titles, but those days unfortunately are long gone. Why would ROH recognize the NWA when their glory days are long gone? What good could come to ROH for recognizing the NWA?

Well ROH would get a lot out of it because it would show that theyre roster includes the best in the world. Imagine this promo
voiceover guy: Adam Pearce holds a world title, recognized around the world to represent the first belt that carried Pro Wrestling into the limelight. he's been a dominant world champ handeling the best the Indy Circuit has to offer. and hes' not even the best on this program. ROH man we're good!"
