Brooke Hogan Involved In Car Crash
Posted by Ashish on 05.26.2008
Another Hogan car wreck...
Brooke Hogan was involved in a car wreck on Sunday in Tampa, Florida. According to the police report, a 1997 Toyota lost control while changing lanes, spun into the center lane and struck Brooke Hogan's Mercedes, causing the Mercedes to crash into the concrete lane wall. One of Brooke's friends was in the car's passenger seat. The car that crashed into Brooke was speeding, ironic considering that Nick Hogan's speeding and resulting car crash now has him in jail.
Nobody was injured in this wreck, and both Hulk and Linda Hogan were on the scene right after it happened.

My broswer crashed - so I'm not sure if my last message went through.
What was that line John Lennon one said about instant karma?

God hates the Hogans.

I think the Hogans might want to concider Bicycles or Horses, cause they have bad luck with Cars.

What childish comments - An idiot was born of the net, which begat a moron, which begat an ass!

Well, Look at the bright side....IF Brooke is injured in any way Hulk will be able to tell his other spawn to "MAN UP"

Karma is a bitch.
Posted By: ECWFan (Guest) on May 26, 2008 at 12:43 AM
well at least this wasn't Brooke's fault ... I guess. I wonder what kind of convo The Former Ms. Hogan and Brooke will be having...
Posted By: Mike (Guest) on May 26, 2008 at 12:43 AM
aw man, but seriously whatchagonna do?
Posted By: pdh (Guest) on May 26, 2008 at 12:47 AM
I despise the Hogans as much as anyone, but this was just an odd coincidence that Brooke was involved.
Enough with all this "karma" bullshit. Why would karma crash a car into Brooke anyway? Nick was the bad driver.
If Brooke was somehow ironically forced to listen to dreadful singing by a talentless bimbo then maybe I'd buy the karma thing...

The Hogans are the new Von Erichs

Maybe someone hired by the hogans, to see if this person gets jail time, if not, then they will bitch to get nick out

WHATCHA GONNA DO WHEN I CALL AAA ALL OVER YOU!!!

"The Hogans are the new Von Erichs"
That's a pretty ridiculous comparison. Three Von Erichs killed themselves in part brought on by drug-related issues. These are just a bunch of C-list celebrities getting in car wrecks. Big difference and that comparison fails.

Hm. Well, first off, thank god she was NOT hurt. Second, maybe now she'll appreciate the punishment a reckless speeding driver can receive.

"God hates the Hogans."
Refrase that, everyone hates the Hogans. Allah, Jesus, Santa.

fg76- What does anybody's karma (or carma?) have to with a vehicle spinning out of control and hitting Brooke Hogan?
Because her brother's reckless driving caused a terrible accident, which she was not the least bit involved with? Because of her truly awful singing? Because she's Hulk Hogan's daughter and she was the star of a crappy reality show? All of those things are good reasons to not really give a fuck about Brooke Hogan, but not anything I'd say she deserves to get hit by another car for.
Maybe she deserves this for all the times when she was a little kid and her Dad didn't do the job when he should have (in reference to both the squared circle and the Hogan household)? Some of you shitheads really need to rethink your cunty remarks and consider what is actually motivating them. Epic fail.

I think her personal airbags saved her on this one.
Posted By: Nick (Guest) on May 26, 2008 at 02:56 AM
the ignorance abounds...there is nothing karmic about this accident, since brooke hogan wasn't involved in her brother's accident whatsoever.
and if brooke hogan's friend in the car was stupid enough to have refused to wear her seat belt (like the retard graziano did) then that would be ironic.
in the end, this is just an unfortunate accident.
it is sad how people are getting a kick out of hogan's children's misfortunes simply because they hate hulk hogan.
really, really sad...

Hulk Hogan is all of the Von erichs combined after a sleepover at Chris Benoit's house.
Or, to put it another way, he isn't. I-s-n-'-t.

I'm not saying people are bad but I'm surprised no one cares for her safety. Just about everyone is just "that's karma, bitches!"
I hope she's ok.

Do you think that upon seeing the man responsible, Hogan started puffing his cheeks and wagging his finger at him?
Posted By: Guest#7042 (Guest) on May 26, 2008 at 06:58 AM
Man, God layed some serious sh*t down on that ki- ...oh wait!

UPDATE 8:15 PM PT -- Brooke has already posted a blog on her MySpace page about the accident. You'll never guess who she credits for saving her life: her brother Nick and John Graziano -- Nick's BFF who is still in a coma! She credits them for reminding her and her friend to put on their seat belts. What nerve.
The nerve of some people...

You wonder, if they hadn't just dealt with the pain and consequences with their good friend John, and driver, Nick Hogan, had the circumstances been worse? Can you imagine if these people have the photographers chasing them down, how much harder it is for them, than us, who get into car accidents for pathetic reasons? Not saying it was the photographers at all, but her family deals with that a lot. The tragedy has probably made all them even that much more around of their surroundings when they drive. Brooke, I'm proud of you. Hang in there and thank God you are good and your friend is fine. Make your life worth it, as we know you will. I'd love to write about this entire case. Book style, chapter by chapter, but online and free. We'll see. John's family needs to know it would not be victimization, but realization - a wake up call. We've all made horrible mistakes and others pay for our consequences. If just one person is more responsible, that would be worth it.
Oh, and people make fun of the Hogan's, in making them wonder if Nick shouldn't have been encouraged to become a drift driver... thank God he knew how to drive and was taught emergencies or we would have been at two funerals. I swear, I think Nick's driving in the long run may have made it better than it was.
On the other hand-I've yet to see the public records on either passenger and their blood alcohol level.
Anyone who thinks every single Hogan will not be hurt by this for life, though not in the same way as John's family, is ignorant.
And yes, I speak from experience. My 18 year old aunt died when a drunk driver ran a red light. Back in the late 60's most cars didn't even have seat belts. Joanie was hit, fell out of her own car, and it ran her over, killing her. She was born October 31 and died July 4. She left a one year old and a husband. And all of us. Me? My mom ended up not going through labor for an entire month. Sigh.
Hope everyone is good. We pray for all of you daily. Even the public loves John. We all care. We are all here.

I think the Von Erich comment is right on.
While the tragic deaths of those men can't compare, we are watching one of wrestling's "elite" families be dealt blow after blow, a lot of it their own doing ala the Von Erichs.
There is a goldmine for the WWE with this stuff as sick as that may sound.
Hogan has to learn from the Von Erichs and maybe the master markerter that Hogan is he can spin this to show the triumph over circumstances.
I have talked about the reality of the ratings being affected because the lack of realism. The Hogan's are real.
I am sorry if it sounds sick. I am just thinking a long the lines of how to spin it to set up the Hogan children's legacy.

isn't Karma something that is supposed to hit you in your next life, not a few months after something else happens?
Posted By: callerno9 (Guest) on May 26, 2008 at 10:42 AM
While I never wish ill-will on anyone and I'm glad to here no-one was hurt it seems that karma has found Hogan family.
KARMA>>>>>HULKAMANIA!!! It's true, it's damn true
Posted By: Angry_Stoner (Guest) on May 26, 2008 at 10:46 AM
Karma? WTF are you people talking about? The only person who earned bad karma was Nick, and he seems to be reaping what he sowed.
Brook is a victim on all sides of this. She loses her brother (to whom she is very close) for an extended period of time, loses her friend to her father, and now is in a wreck she didn't cause. If anything, she's building up tons of good karma. Maybe it'll help her life in a meaningful way.

Someone teach the driver of the Toyota how to change lanes quick!
As for the whole car wreck thing, I smell a set up, due to the timing of it, and due to the fact that apparently hogan and nick were talking about ways to create sympathy for a judge...

Alot of these statments are ridiculous, We just can't get enough bad mouthing of celebrities wether given a REASON OR NOT. Nick Hogan made a bad decision he drank then drove- how maNY KIDS LET ALONE ADULTS DO THIS on a regular basis, and the only weird part about it is Nick actually got a sentence yet people still complain if it had been a major celebrity they would have got off. As for this wreck and the hogans other problems, i'm glad all your families are so perfect and have no issues giving you time to help contribute your help to this family who has ran into some bad luck!!

It's funny that the Hogan children are in the spotlight... even though it is still their father who si the most useful and talented one. Hulk Hogan can still draw and has a reputation to pull well and is a very good marketing tool. Sadly his kids inherited the tool part only. Hopefully Brooke is ok and releases something decent.
Posted By: Bobbay (Guest) on May 26, 2008 at 06:23 PM
It only means it can happen unexpectadly.
You don't have too be under the influence or anything.
You can be a rich man or poor man and still cause an accident.
Way to go Brooke, be careful for all the Lunatics out there because they are everywhere.

Wonder if it was a riced out Supra that was street racing? You know, just like Nick Hogan was driving?
