WOW!~ That movie sounds crap-tastic, Rob should stick to singing but he sucks at that too..What to do, what to do *thinks*

Will DDP be in it? He was awesome in Devil's Rejects?

sounds like Tyrannosaurus Rex is co-written by russo

I'm looking forward to Trex as Rob Zombie movies have been really great so far. Even Halloween was amazing. I prefer Donald Pleasence as Loomis, but otherwise it was a great scary movie!

"Rob Zombie's next film, Tyrannosaurus Rex, features a storyline about a pro-wrestler who must defend his family against a Satanic biker gang"

Well you can't say Rob Zombie doesn't have any origional ideas.

That sounds AWESOME.

Who doesn't love cheesy campy fun?!

"sounds like Tyrannosaurus Rex is co-written by russo"
No, because then it would read "a pro-wrestler must defend his family against a Satanic biker gang in a pole match".

" [Tyrannosaurus Rex features] a pro-wrestler who must defend his family against a Satanic biker gang".

What's not to love? Oh, except for Rob Zombie and his piss-poor directing.

Rob Zombie = EPIC IDIOT!!!!!!

Posted By: User 16 (Guest)  on July 08, 2008 at 02:33 PM

Ok, lets think about this, a Satanic Biker Gang going after a Pro-Wrestler, ok, so what exactly is there to think about?? WTF, this makes absolutely no damn sense whatsoever. They could my idea of making a movie. An Anus that reads minds!!!!

El Superbeasto? I cant wait!

Rob Zombie is the only guy who makes actual HORROR films anymore. Oh yea... YEAH! prolly just enjoys watching the teeny bopper scary movies with his mommy though.

Posted By: Champ (Guest)  on July 08, 2008 at 02:50 PM

First off - 13 comments - all about Rob Zombie and nothing about the Bollea's.

Now - anyone remember in the 80's the Troma films - they were schlocky gores fests that were made cheaply, usually direct to video and made them a lot of money. Well - Rob Zombie is a step up from that. He makes Horror movies - not suspenseful movies or whatever you want to call M. Night's movies. His movies have violence, gore and camp. Might not be your niche - but as long they make money, they will continue to ask him to make more.

Ohh - and American Music to Strip By is required playing at parties where there are drunk chicks who you think you can get to take off their clothes.

"Rob Zombie is the only guy who makes actual HORROR films anymore."

you have to remember that every single person complaining about Zombie's movies are too young to get into R rated movies on their own.

these idiots think that garbage like Saw, Hostel and the Ring are good.

Rob Zombies a Directorial Mastermind, an absolute Genius! Maybe even the best Horror director of all time.

Posted By: Rob Zombie (Guest)  on July 08, 2008 at 03:19 PM

The movie looks interesting. I like Zombie's movies. There is a movie poster for it up online and it looks like the lead will be played by Danny Trejo(he played oppisite DDP as the other bounty hunter in Devils Rejects). Hell Yeah! Imagine if this and Machete catapults Trejo into leading man material after years of B-movie stardom.

Wow, I wonder if he will put his wife in this too, like he did in other movies, videos, and album covers. For a pretty cool guy, he's pretty whipped.

Anyone criticizing RZ's new release based off of the paragraph above, and not his body of cinematic work is an obtuse and unmitigated SIMPLETON. Rob's movies are excellent, and while the premise as reviewed and regurgitated by a third party may seem far-fetched, I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt.

LMFAO! @ I smell Oscar!

Gold, pure comedy GOLD!

Not a chance. If Russo booked it, the wrestler would turn on his family to join the gang. Then the gang would turn on the wrestler. Then Satan would turn on the satanic gang. At the end of the movie would be 25 minutes of Russo telling the audience that Rob Zombie is a pussy and the fans are idiots.

McLovin: you expect these people to know what obtuse and mitigated mean? good luck with that one.

zombie's movies are always very good. unfortunately, too many people need to see some big blockbuster that has nothing more than glitz and glamour.

Sounds like Zombie's usual schlock.Cannot wait to see it.

"No, because then it would read "a pro-wrestler must defend his family against a Satanic biker gang in a pole match".

Don't forget that Russo would have the pole electrified and a transexual midget as the special guest referee.

Sorry,I like Zombie, but David Cronenberg is the greatest Horror movie director of all time.

Anybody else think The Zombie from ECW should have a cameo?

Posted By: the triple germans (Registered)  on July 08, 2008 at 05:27 PM

Sounds kinda like "The Nail", which was a comic book by Rob Zombie a couple years ago. Wasn't too bad, either.

Posted By: Rorschach (Guest)  on July 08, 2008 at 07:03 PM

The ECW Zombie DID read the script... and thought it was stupid.

Satanic bikers? Really? Why not make them vampires while you're at it, Rob?

Posted By: trueindeed (Guest)  on July 08, 2008 at 07:57 PM

Rorschach, you got it right. It is based off The Nail. I'm just waiting for his animated movie Haunted World of El Superbeasto. Should be awesome! For those that don't remember he put together the drug trip montage in Bevis & Butthead Do America

I smell something alright, but it sure as hell ain't an Oscar!

"Anybody else think The Zombie from ECW should have a cameo?"

I was annoyed that wasn't the story.

Rob Zombie's next two movies are pornos: The Devil Wears Nada & American Bangster.

Actually, if you replace "family" with "village", you'd have several El Santo films.

"these idiots think that garbage like Saw, Hostel and the Ring are good."

Kids these days... Actually liking movies that have a PLOT! And I got into all four Saws by myself ;). But hey, massive amounts of blood with excessive profanity make a great movie! I can't wait for him to try to make his own Pulp Fiction... and fail... Like every other movie he's made.
