Welcome back to the WWE Gail.

I'd want to leave TNA too

she's still HOT too

Good for Gail.

Good, at least they're not going to call her Gail SchwartzKimBerg...

How long until she's jobbing to Smelly Kelly, McBoring and Trandice Manchelle?

Posted By: Guest#5316 (Guest)  on August 21, 2008 at 04:57 PM

Good for you WWE. They never should have let her go in the first place. But now they are keener on women that can actually wrestle it seems a perfect fit. Plus of course it helps she's incredibly hot.

Does she not remember he first run in the E? At least she wont get Chris Harris treatment because she was in the WWE first.

I picked up the Summerslam anthology when it came out and I have been enjoying it.

Summerslam 2001 is messed up on mine though, not a scratch on it and it skips during the RVD/Jeff Hardy match.

When Benoit comes to the ring with a belt they put a blur over the title, but if he loses the belt in the match they take the blur off when it is handed to the new champ. Funny.

"They never should have let her go in the first place"

I don't know if you watched back then but she was the BOTCH QUEEN in her WWE Run.

Damn, the Hardys DVD finally fell out the top 10.

Posted By: E.Nygma (Guest)  on August 21, 2008 at 05:39 PM

I hope they do the matrix like entrance again, that was cool.

Lets see when everyone is healthy WWE now has:

Mickie James
Beth Phoenix
Melina
Katie Lee

Victoria
Natalya Neidhart

and now Gail, things look good, I just hope she appears on raw not Smackdown.

Candice too, sorry.

Watch... WWE isn't going to be like TNA and go "OH MY GOD, WE ACQUIRED A FORMER TNA STAR! WE'RE SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO COOL!"

They're just going to bring her in and let her do her thing.

I can't believe that a box-set (20 friggin' DVD's, quite expensive) is No. 1 on the DVD-sales.

Posted By: PaulOrndorff (Guest)  on August 21, 2008 at 06:07 PM

and people say that the wwe ignores tna. they obviously have been paying attention to their knockouts division. they have hired more wrestling women instead of random hot chics.

Posted By: jd (Guest)  on August 21, 2008 at 06:20 PM

You have to wonder if they realised Gail was going to walk when they signed Taylor and put the belt on her straight away.

Posted By: Hank (Guest)  on August 21, 2008 at 06:29 PM

This is the beginning of the TNA / WWE wars. Something unbelievable will happen in the world of professional wrestling within the next 6 weeks. Its a good time to be a fan, this is going to change the face of pro wrestling forever.

A-ron, she was a WWE womens champ long before TNA, she won the WWE title her first night . I believe that Gail, Ron Killings and Jeff Hardy are the only Wrestlers to ever jump WWE-TNA-WWE..

I'm sure they will want to change her look, name. and gimmick since she had success in TNA and the E can't stand the thought of letting anyone from another promotion continue to do what has worked for them (even though Gail Kim was in the E before she ever went to TNA). Examples include Evan Bourne, what ever they're calling Colt Cabana now, and Marcus Corvon (and I realize the spelling may be wrong on those but you get the point).

Posted By: guest guest (Guest)  on August 21, 2008 at 07:46 PM

Gail Kim is smokin' hot and I don't watch TNA, so...congrats to WWE for once.

Posted By: MP (Guest)  on August 21, 2008 at 07:50 PM

Hmmmm, wasnt this the SAME Gail Kim they booted a few years ago after a HUGE buildup and debut??? Now there's a "sizeable offer" for her return....guess Vince is kickin himself now.

Poor Gail, give it two matches before Triple H whines about her over-shadowing the main event and she'll just be going through the motions like RVD was for all those years.

Posted By: kliq316 (Guest)  on August 21, 2008 at 08:02 PM

I see the WWE marks are out in full force now.

I was wondering if she was gonna come back as Gail Kim. I thought the 'E was really gonna be THAT stupid like we don't remember her and call her Kimberly Suzuki or some shit like that.

Posted By: SS87 (Guest)  on August 21, 2008 at 08:31 PM

The best thing about TNA booking is the womens division - bar the drab champion. Gail leaving is a blow, but seeing as how TNA is going down the tubes booking wise this could be a smart move.

I sure hope the money is worth the humiliation Gail will endure in coutless two minute clusterfucks with models. But as she's popped her tits out already I guess it won't be a problem, and there's always a chance of Playboy megabucks.

I fucking hate this company. Let me know what enjoyable, close-to-the-original music they put in place of about 90% of the entrance themes in the anthology. I cringe during 50 minutes of ECW on 24/7. I can only imagine what 60 hours of that shit must be like!

Posted By: Brad B (Guest)  on August 21, 2008 at 10:21 PM

yeah Kent because WWE does such a great job with their Divas. Please it really is all about the money which is fine but don't make it anything else.

Yeah, cause god forbid they not want to spend millions of dollars forever to pay royalties to various music artists. Yeah, cause the original ECW did that. Oh wait, they didn't. They didn't pay any royalties to any artists, or wrestlers or ring crew people.

Go kill yourself jackass!

I just love Gail Kim, she should had never left wwe,by the way I think she is too fine to wrestle any way.

They fired her because she lied about her sister being her actual sister.

Posted By: Guest#6896 (Guest)  on August 21, 2008 at 10:52 PM

I didn't even know Layla was gone! Gotta love the people who have to tell you they left or didn't leave. Who cares about her? It's not like she fit in, or was a good wrestler!

Posted By: redbirdnh (Guest)  on August 21, 2008 at 11:10 PM

if they put her on SD for the Divas Title I will laugh so hard

Hey Super Douche: There is such thing as creating similar versions of a song to at least keep the illusion that it's the original. Jimmy Hart was the master of that in WCW with clones of Pearl Jam's Evenflow (for Jericho) and Nirvana's Smells Like Teen Spirit (for DDP). Hell, it's not like WWE can't do it - their take off of Alice in Chains "Man in the Box" as Tommy Dreamer's current ECW theme is close enough to the original.

Sorry you're such a zombie for Vince that you enjoy his constant senseless censoring and other revisions of the past. You must love the fact that any '98-'02 footage is blurred to shit and that 24/7 keeps inane footage like Marshall Reports and upcoming events, but still bleeps out mentions of "W-W-E."

Fucking asshole.

Posted By: Brad B (Guest)  on August 22, 2008 at 10:50 AM

The reason that the Summer Slam anthology is #1 is because in any type of boxed set each disc is counted as a sale. So 1 sale of the SS box set = 20 discs sold on these lists.

Well you're bitching about the wrong people dumbass. They HAVE to blur out the old WWF logo and dump out any mention of WWF. It's a legal issue with the World Wildlife Fund or were you not around six years ago when all this was clearly explained?

And so the fuck what if WWE doesn't want to have to make generic ripoffs of songs to use on freaking WWE 24/7. Last I checked, entrances aren't the majority of wrestling shows, except maybe in ECW with the Sandman. There's enough shit to nitpick about, don't bitch about crap that is actually a smart business move.

Again, please jump off a bridge or roof or some large platform.

Here's another for ya Rob. Umaga when he was known as Jamal of 3 minute warning. He went to TNA while rosey was Hurricane's sidekick. He then returned to WWE as the samoan bulldozer and you know the rest.

ROTFLMFAO That was pretty funny. Though I'm very glad Gail Kim's returning. She had a cool look, a sweet entrance, and could wrestle very well. Personally its about time we actually saw some real women's wrestling and not these brain dead models peforming half assed and injuring everyone else in the process.
