August 25, 2008 | Posted by
Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer is reporting that John Cena is currently suffering from severe neck issues, which have started to cause numbness in one of his arms. Cena had an MRI done on Saturday before the show in Madison Square Garden. When he returned to the arena and people asked how he was, Cena replied, “Long story short, my neck is f*cked up badly.”
The matches involving John Cena over the weekend were changed to tag matches, and the reason Batista carried most of the load. As of now, it is not known if Cena is going to take time off.
