Angle Found Not Guilty Of DUI

Angle is cleared...
Kurt Angle was found not guilty of DUI and careless drives in a Pennsylvania court today. Angle had originally been arrested after a witness complained about his driving. Angle's lawyer challenged the use of the witness since police couldn't corroborate her claims.

Now only if he could be medically 'cleared' to wrestle...oh wait doesn't matter when it comes to Kurt wrestling....Kurt makes the rules. Don't get me wrong he's a hell of a performer but he's gotta take it easy. Probably wasn't DUI but post concussion syndromw that caused the erratic driving lol

Whew, that's a relief. No one wants to read about how he snapped and put the judge into the anklelock.

See, Rich People can get off of charges even after they've ADMITTED TO DRINKING AND DRIVING!
Witness complains to crazy driving by angle.
Cops visit his house and ask if he had been drinking and driving
Angle says YES.
Charges Dropped?!

Upon hearing the judgement, Angle "Woooooooooed" loudly, ripped down the suspenders on his suit, and slapped the judge with a wicked belly to belly suplex.

"didnt this happen like a year ago?"
Yes, and the wheels of justice are not going to be interrupted just so Olympic gold medalists can have their worthless trials expedited. Savvy?

Hey, you'd drive erratically too, if you've ever been behind the wheel with a broken freaking neck!

You know what, Kurt can keep wrestling as long as he damn well wants. The man knows his limits, that's why he left WWE when they wouldn't let him take time off while he was going through painkiller withdrawal. It amazes me how many clueless fans and readers of this site assume they know better.

Kiefer Sutherland would be so jealous right now.

Now if he had been in WWE..he would have been found guilty...say I am not telling the truth

Oh yes, the evil Vince made him work 24 hours a day with no time off. Angle was fired for his own good! Do you really think Vince would let Angle leave? If Vince wont even let Carlito leave, then he isnt going to let go a main eventer like Angle.
Angle will be the next wrestling tragedy. He will be dead in 5 years time.

DP, yes Vince did let Angle leave, and he did it because he is a fool who never truly appreciated what Angle brought to the table. This is a guy that had told Angle that a cup of coffee and an Olympic Gold Medal didn't mean shit. As far as "letting" him leave, how the hell could they have stopped him? Carlito could leave if he really wanted to too if he had the balls to do it.

TNA should have Karen interview her on the next Karen's Angle.

He epitomizes the 3 I's. Intelligence, Intensity, and Inebriated.

Let me get this straight. Someone took the time to call police and inform them that a vehicle was driving erratically and nearly struck his/her car. The vehicle matched a description of Angle's vehicle, so police went to Kurt's home to question him. They found him intoxicated and he admitted that he drove home from the bar. There may not have been enough evidence to convict, but Kurt should quit while he's ahead rather than make himself out to be an innocent victim.

Fact of the matter is he wasn't guilty - they tested him for alcohol well after the period, and they came to his house after a complaint. He wasn't driving at that point, obviously. The fact is nobody got hurt, and they honestly couldn't prove anything against him so they dropped it. Smart choice.. if he'd hurt somebody, different story. But the police never directly saw Angle driving erratically and they never tested him when he was on the road which is required - easy case for the lawyer.
