WWE News: USA Wants More Raw, Hardy Late, Vince Loved Michaels vs. Jericho and More

Lots of Tuesday WWE news!
- Vince McMahon was quoted as saying that the Michaels vs. Jericho ladder match was the best ladder match he had ever seen.
- McMahon isn't a fan of doing the three hour editions of Monday Night Raw. Many in the company know all to well what happened to Nitro when it went to three hours, and they don't want to repeat history. With the three-hour shows there is a ton of promotion only to do "disappointing numbers." Plus, there is a problem with producing too much product and burning the audience out. But the bottom line is that Vince doesn't want to turn it down and upset the USA Network. The USA Network has toyed with the idea of wanting the show to be three hours long, but for now are just working with the occasional specials.
- Batista will be on an episode of the Starz series "Head Case." Head Case is a 30-minute unscripted comedy show, and Batista's episode will air in the spring.
- Jeff Hardy didn't arrive for last week's Smackdown until after the card had already started. He was in the main event of that show.
- There is no set date for Edge's return, but it is expected that he'll be back imminently.
Only a matter of time for Hardy now, I hope he's fired by Xmas lmao!!!

IF Jeff Hardy dies of an over does or any drug related cause will he be inducted to the hall of fame like eddie guerrero? Cause eddie NEVER took drugs and missed shows. Hell if that's the case Chris Benoit is a shoe in.

Vince doesnt want to do 3 hour shows cuz hes afraid we will get bunrt out on that much product. Personally ive been burnt out on the product for quite a while now, and probably a lot of others are too.
ACtually if ECW is taped before Raw , just run ECW the first hour then go to Raw.

Eddie was clean for years and got fired once for his drug abuse. Got himself clean and became a main eventer before dying. He did use drugs but he got himself clean when he died so it was unfair. Hardy isn't clean.

Jeff lost to an unproven rookie in less than 10 minutes in a relative squash. Jeff lost to an overrated undertalented champion AFTER hitting him with BOTH of his KO finishers. Jeff probably thinks that the HHHE sucks. Umaga is faking an injury to stay off Smackdown just so he doesn't have to deal with the HHHE. Undertaker's bulletproof and will break HHH's arm before he jobbed. If i was Jeff, i'd no show, and go to Japan, where they have no problems giving the belt to the most over acts.

Well in their defense Jeff Hardy has given them ample reason to assume the worst. He was fired from 3 companies (including WWE) for no-showing and the reasons were usually drug related.

So hardy showed up durring the event, big whoop! Wrestlers arive durring the show all of the time - they even show it on TV. I remember one time where Steve Austin didn't show until the last segment of the show. And what about all those times we are wondering who's in the limo? Technically they are late cus they haven't gone in yet. And how about leaving early- I see that on TV all the time... so whats the big whoop?
And while we are at it, what about all of the aggrivated assaults that happen and never is reported... if I got run over by a car I sure would report it!!! I dont care if I am a big tuff guy who can settle it in the ring, if you blow me up in a car and I survive I am suing you and the company for everything you have, including the steroids!!!!!!!!

I'm a Hardys fan but I really think it's a matter of time for Jeff now. I hate to think that because I'd love for him to step up and become WWE champion and prove everyone wrong but now I'm not so sure. He's not reliable, I wouldn't be surprised to see Jeff gone by the end of the year especially when he's on his last strike.

Mcmahon has proven that he really is the genius that he says he is with his recent comments.
I can't disagree with the ladder match comment honestly (matches are MUCH worse for me if I know who won and I knew who won every ladder match that might be better than Jericho vs. Michaels before I actually watched them)
the fact that he wants the wrestlers to be better wrestlers and actors AND doesn't want to have many 3 hour Raws. It is a fact that all three ideas are great ideas.

For you saying Hardy is not HoF, look at what he has accomplished in his career. Yes shit happens, people are late and make mistakes. Jeff Hardy is one of the most accomplished wrestlers ever. He has won every major title the WWE has had to offer, except for the two heavy weight titles and the U.S. Title. Some don't like his style, but he puts on some of the most entertaining matches.
