- TNA is offering the following discounts on tickets for Sunday's Genesis PPV in Charlotte, NC:
* Children's Discount: Buy one regularly priced adult ticket, and children under the age of 12 only pay $5 per ticket.
* John Boy and Billy Discount: When you order through Ticketmaster.com, enter the following code, JBB, and you get $10 off.
* NASCAR Hard Card Discount: If you present you 2008 NASCAR Hard Card at the Bojangles Coliseum Box Office, you will receive $10 off of special seating.
- Roger Ebert talks The Wrestler, praising the film and naming it one of the best films of the year. You can check that out here.

WWE® RAW® LAUNCHES ON DENMARK'S 6'EREN
London, January 6, 2009 - World Wrestling Entertainment® (WWE) and SBS TV have announced a new agreement which will see RAW available exclusively on Denmark's new channel 6'eren.
Launching on January 16, 6'eren will broadcast RAW each Friday in Denmark, featuring WWE's globally renowned RAW Superstars, including John Cena®, Shawn Michaels®, Rey Mysterio® and Batista®, as well all the excitement, drama and great athleticism that have made WWE one of the most popular forms of entertainment on television today.
Andrew Whitaker, WWE President, said: "It is a pleasure to be partnering with SBS TV to return the best action entertainment programming in the world to Denmark, satisfying the pent up demand of WWE's significant Danish fan base.

Holy crap that's cheap for a ticket, considering I had to pay $260 US Dollars for Smackdown's first visit to Chile last year.

Only one problem with the TV-deal, the ever-cartoonish Asbjørn Riis will be presenting the show, and he seems intent on staying in the 80'ies and presenting it as a kiddie-show.
I do not know a single Danish wrestling-fan, that does not hate that guy.

Dang it why doesnt WWE have discounts for NASCAR, I always go to the Auto Club Speedway Sprint Cup Races the week after the annual WWE L.A area visits every Feburary.
