411’s Ring of Honor on HDNet Report 5.23.09: Episode X – Butcher and Delirious vs. Jacobs and Lee

A tag team title match announcement, and the Age of the Fall explodes in the main event as The Necro Butcher and Delirious battle Jimmy Jacobs and Brodie Lee! Check out the full report for all the details!
411's Ring of Honor on HDNet Report 5.23.09
As a reminder, this is the barebones report. I will do play by play and results, that is all. JD Dunn will be back with his breakdown of the show, with the wacky hi-jinks and star ratings.
-Prazak and THE HOG welcome us the show.
-The American Wolves (Edwards and Richards) with Hagadorn make their way to the ring, which has a table set up in it. They remind us that they out Generico through a table last week, but they have unfinished business. The champs will go through a table again, but the Wolves will win the titles. STEENERICO rush the ring, the Wolves bail, but poor Shane Hagadorn is stuck in the ring. Hagadorn begs off, and Steen says not to worry, they aren't the type to put a poor bastard through a table that didn't really do anything to them. Wait, Steen says Generico is right, Hagadorn did kick his knee in. Steen powerbombs poor Hagadorn through the table.
-Prazak and THE HOG discuss recent events, and say that the Wolves will challenge STEENERICO next week in a tables match for the ROH Tag Team Titles.
-We get a video package on Jerry Lynn preparing for his title defense against Danielson, Black and Aries.
Kenny Omega vs. Jay Briscoe w/Mark Briscoe vs. Kenny King
King wants nothing to do with shaking hands, which leads to Jay bitch slapping both guys. Omega tossed to the floor, King and Jay in and they exchange counters. Omega back in, and then hits a dive to the floor onto King. Jay to the apron and then dropkicks Omega in the head. He then tosses King to the barricade. Omega joins Jay in kicking King's ass a bit, but King comes back with a dive off of the apron. King and Omega back into he ring, and Jay is now holding his knee. MAN UP DAWG! King controls Omega by choking him in the ropes. Jay back in, kicks King in the face, and chops to Omega. A slam by Jay follows, picks up Omega, off the ropes and Omega gets a leapfrog bulldog for 2. King back in, whips Jay to the corner, but eats a flatliner into the turnbuckle. Omega back in now, but gets tossed by Jay. Chops to King now, off the ropes and King ducks a clothesline, kick to the head of Jay and a cover for 2. Omega was in to stop that, and he gets tossed again. King works over Jay and manages a cover for 2. They trade forearm shots, Omega up and flies in with a body block onto both men. DOUBLE RANA BY OMEGA~! But just as he gets going, Jay kills him with a clothesline. Jay is busted open over the eye, King flies in with the blockbuster and that gets 2. All three men are down, work to their feet, King up top, crotched by Omega. Omega up, Jay follows and whips Omega to a corner, but Omega counters and runs over and gives King a LUNG BLOWER as he was sitting on top! Jay stops the pin attempt, Omega with karate shots, but Jay plans him with a slam and covers for 2. Jay picks up Omega, rights follow, slam by Jay. He goes up top now, but King runs over and nails Jay with an enziguri, and Jay falls to the floor. King celebrates, picks up Omega, gets a torture rack, but Omega slides down into a roll up for the win.
Winner: Kenny Omega @ 10:00 via pin
The Dark City Fight Club (John Davis, Kory Chavis) vs. Irish Airborne (Jake and Dave Criss)
IT'S CLUBBERING TIME! The Fight Club get separated, Airborne take control for a moment but Davis in with the POOOOOOOOOOOOOUNCE evens things up and after some good effort (HA HA HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA) the Dark City Street Cutter finishes it.
Winner: The Dark City Fight Club @ 2:00 via pin
-Kyle Durden is with Necro and Delirious. Necro says Jacobs's psychobabble won't work anymore. He left, Black left, Delirious left the AoTF, and now they fight together. Delirious discusses the unemployment plight in America, as well as his thoughts on water boarding, and Necro agrees with him.
-Commercial stuff.
-Kyle Durden talks with Jimmy Jacobs and Brodie Lee. Jacobs says that Delirious is weak minded and that Necro is stupid, and without a leader, they will fail. When you run head first into a brick wall over and over again, someone gets hurt.
-We now get a video package on Bryan Danielson. XTREME COUTURE SHOUT OUT~!
Eddie Kingston vs. "THAT YOUNG KNOCKOUT KID" Chris Hero w/Sara Del Rey
Kingston charges the ring and the shit is on! They brawl on the floor, Hero tries to run but Kingston keeps laying the beat down on him. Del Rey distracts Kingston, which allows Hero to kick him in the head and then rolls Kingston up in the mat and gets the backsplash. Finally we head into the ring, hero kicks Kingston in the face several times and covers for 2. Kingston fights back with slaps, but Hero beats him down, kicks him in the head and then follows with chops. Kingston works the Thai clinch and knees, but Hero stops that with a boot to the head. Hero in control, chops, kicks, Kingston keeps asking for more and Hero then gives him the elbows. Off the ropes and Kingston no sells the elbows. Implant DDT by Kingston, chops and then the BACK DROP DRIVAH~! Kingston follows up with rights, the ref separates them and Kingston goes back to punching Hero, he won't stop and we get a DQ. Ugh.
Kingston then slaps the ref after the match.
Winner: Chris Hero @ 6:00 via DQ
-Kyle Durden is with Brent Albright. He discusses his loss last week against Claudio and how Dirty Ernie and Prince Nana caused it. Colt Cabana enters, and Albright thanks him for last week. Cabana jokes that Albright is too serious, but that his return as ruined by the same guys, so he is in it to have Albrights back. Who throws a shoe? Really?
The Necro Butcher and Delirious vs. Jimmy Jacobs and Brodie Lee
CHAOS TO BEGIN as the Age of the Fall explodes all over the ringside area. Lee and Necro pair off and start using a chair, while Jacobs chokes out Delirious. Lots of brawling. Delirious and Jacobs finally head inside the ring and now it is official match time. Delirious in control and works over Jacobs until Lee comes into help Jacobs. He tosses Delirious to the floor, and Necro is back in. He and Lee just start throwing rights and lefts, beating the shit out of each other, and then Necro tosses Lee over the top and to the floor. Necro follows, Jacobs over to help Lee and Delirious flies off of the top to the floor! Necro gets chairs and sets them in the ring as Lee works over Delirious. Necro brings in Jacobs, tries to suplex Jacobs onto the chairs, but Lee makes the save and then he and Jacobs SUPLEX NECRO to the floor! What dicks. Necro is down and out on the floor, Delirious is on his own now, and that is not good for him as while he fought well, he eats a bog boot from Lee and is down, Lee covers for 2. Lee holds Delirious, Jacobs flies in with the double as handle and covers for 1. Jacobs is pissed, delivers a neck breaker and covers for 2. Lee back in, back elbow to Delirious, and a cover for 2. Lee dominates Delirious, tags in Jacobs, holds Delirious, but Delirious manages to head butt Jacobs. Lee helps to get things back in order, BIG BOOT in the corner to Delirious. Tag to Jacobs, BIG Back Splash off of the top and Necro is back in and is able to stop the pin. Necro is pissed and cleans house. Jacobs gets a bag, and throws THUMB TACKS ON THE MAT, and Necro steps in them, and is hurting. Jacobs and Delirious to the floor, Necro throws tacks in Lee's face, a slam and Delirious gets shadows over hell on Lee and that is all.
Winner: The Necro Butcher and Delirious @ 10:00 via pin
-The World Tag Team Titles are on the line next week as The American Wolves challenge Steen and Generico!
