Championship’s roll call: WWE Champion: The Rock… World Champion: Alberto Del Rio… Intercontinental Champion: Wade Barrett… United States Champion: Antonio Cesaro… Tag Team Champions: Team Hell No… NXT Champion: Big E Langston… NXT Tag Team Champions: Adrian Neville & Oliver Grey… Diva’s Champion: Kaitlyn

Sin Cara vs. Drew McIntyre (w/3MB):   The Cara lighting makes its return here; Matt Striker mentions Slater and Mahal have manager’s licenses, hence why they’re there. Drew tosses Cara round and does some air guitar; so he goes to the kicks to the shins. Cara then snags him in a wheelbarrow takeover but McIntyre clubbers him down. Drew then takes over and tries to toss him to the floor but Cara recoils off the ropes with an armdrag; he follows up with a Japanese armdrag. The fight on the apron and Cara manages a pendulum enziguri. Mahal distracts the referee so Slater yanks Cara off the apron and he falls face first onto the apron. Drew brings him into the ring with a fireman’s carry and gets a two count. He applies a seated abdominal stretch. Cara tries to fight back and gets his boots up in the corner; he tries a second-rope hurracanrana but Drew blocks mid-move and powerbombs him. McIntyre with a running boot for two. Back from commercial, Drew is landing a delayed vertical suplex (complete with three finger flash) and gets two. McIntyre stays on him in the ropes, choking away. Cara tries to fight back but meets a reverse elbow to the face; he drags him onto the apron and hits a running knee. Back in the ring, Drew stomps the back of Cara’s head a few times. McIntyre tries to remove the mask but that fires Cara up; he tries a tip-over in the corner but McIntyre quells that as well with a kick to the guts. He settles into grounding the Luchadore with an armbar chinlock. He pounds away in the corner but Cara reverses a slam with a float over enziguri. Cara with a springboard reverse elbow and hurracanrana; he savate kicks McIntyre charging in the corner and then a top-rope crossbody in the other corner. Cara tries one highflyer move too many and Drew catches him with a sit-out Gunslinger. McIntyre tries a powerbomb but Cara counters Kidman Style. Drew rolls to the floor for a conference with the rest of the band so Cara tries a pescado; Mahal and Slater catch him but the referee does not DQ them because Cara was trying the offensive move. They nicely place him back into the ring so as not to draw any other possible DQs; Cara then nails them with a double baseball kick. Mahal gets mad and tries to charge into the ring; Slater joins him in the ring so the referee ejects them. Cara does his own little air guitar at them but Drew nails him from behind. McIntyre yells at the other band mates (not realizing they have been tossed) so Cara submarines him with a low dropkick. Drew is on his knees so Cara SPIKES him headfirst with a hurracanrana for the pinfall.   7/10 Good match with a devastating spiking hurracanrana; McIntyre and Cara had a pretty good bigman/little man match. Cara did not screw anything up (unless this was edited) and I think he is finally getting the hang of the WWE Style.

The first Raw Rebound is the creation of the CM Punk/John Cena WrestleMania main event number one contender’s match for this Monday. After that, we get the whole Paul Heyman/Mr. McMahon situation as well. For my plug for my full review of Raw click here.

The Funkadactyls (w/Brodus Clay) vs. Natalya Neidhart & Alicia Fox:   Everyone here is a babyface (I think). Nattie and Cameron start off and she (Nattie) works the arm; Cameron flips free and reverses. Natalya reverses that as well with her own flips. They each run the ropes and cartwheel to avoid the other until Cameron hits a wheelbarrow armdrag. Cameron hits a monkey flip out of the corner and dances; Nattie takes over and Alicia interferes from the apron allowing a clothesline for two. Fox tags in and kicks Cameron in the ass; she tosses her into the corner and hits the Northern Lights Suplex for two. Alicia slows it down with a chinlock. Clay shakes the pompoms on the floor to try to rally the Universe. Cameron responds but Fox slams her onto the back of her head. Nattie tags back in and tries an airplane spin move; they isolate Cameron in their corner and beat on her. Cameron creates space with a running clothesline and is able to tag in Naomi. She springs in and punches away; she hits a hurracanrana and high-angle butt-butt. Alicia tries a split-legged sunset in the corner but Naomi grabs the ropes and hits a Banzai Drop. Naomi to the top for a reverse elbow drawing Nattie and Cameron in; they cancel each other out and Naomi hits a springboard crossbody for the three count.   4/10 The match was a classic tag match until Naomi took over; she is quite the athlete and she can sure fly around the ring. Pretty good tag match especially for a divas match.

The show closes with the Rock unveiling the new WWE Championship belt from Raw.

OVERALL 6/10   Better show this week; probably the best Superstars in 2013 thus far. I recommend trying to watch it if you can find it on the Internet.
