Well, I’m back for all those who missed me last week. Let’s get on with the show:

To start the show we get Shane O’Mac and the Rabid Wolverine out to some boos. Shane dickrides Benoit for a while, calling him cold hearted and ruthless. We see some videos of Benoit kicking ass at Raw. Benoit on the stick! He is the greatest technical wrestler in the history of the WWF. He wants to beat Rocky in a match tonight for a shot at the title at the PPV. Benoit fumbles around on the mic for some more and does a kooky laugh. Debuts his new catch phrase, “that is the way it is.” Poor poor Benoit. Rocky is out. He invites Benoit to “just bring it.”

Commercial Break

Too Cool v. T & A w/ Trish v. The Hardy Boyz w/ Lita in a 3way Elimination match
Lita and Trish scuffle outside the ring to start. Nice power moves by Albert on Scotty. Nice Tornado DDT by Sexay on Test. Matt Hardy in and hits the middle rope guillotine legdrop on Sexay. T&A back with the power moves. Albert throws Jeff into the huge Test boot. Matt hits the Twist of Fat on Test. Swanton Bomb by Jeff, but Albert breaks it up. Huge Albert sitdown powerbomb and the Hardyz are gone. After the match, the Hardyz and T&A brawl on the outside. Jeff hits a nice somersault? plancha. In the ring, Scotty setting up for the Worm, but THE MOOD HAS CHANGED!!! Big Test elbow and now the pin.
Winners: T&A

DX talking backstage. X-Pac truly does suck.

Commercial Break

Tazz with Kevin Kelly backstage. “So now you wanna talk to me, I don’t think so.” Kevin Kelly was shaking in fear.

Road Dogg w/o his schtick v. Jobber Jericho
Jericho taking Dogg to school to start the match. Dogg with a hotshot into the steel steps. Back and forth action in the ring for a while. Double gay dancing elbow by the Dogg. Road Dogg attempts a moonsault and Jericho moves. Jericho attempts a Lionsault, but kicks Dogg in the face instead. It’s still good for the pin.
Winner: Chris Jericho

The American Bad Ass rides the beautiful Titan bike in the back somewhere.

Commercial Break

DX bickers in their dressing room.

The American Bad Ass w/ Titan bike is out to talk. There’s gonna be hell to pay for Kurt Angle. Taker is mad about Angle’s “bogus ass” interference preventing he and Kane from winning the tag straps. Taker won’t accept any apologies, he just wants to kick some ass. He’s going to give him an old school style ass kickin’. Here’s the American Hero. He immediately apologizes. Angle doesn’t want to waste this big main event in San Jose. It must occur at Fully Loaded. Kurt thinks Taker needs to clean up his image and he has a gift for him. It’s a Scooter, what a real American rides. Angle takes the Scooter for a spin and the Taker gives chase. The Scooter stalls and Taker tosses it off the Titantron scaffolding.

Commercial Break

Rikishi v. Kane v. Val Venis for the IC Belt
Val got a haircut and now he looks like KC from the Howard Stern Show. Kishi looking for the Stinkface on Venis, but Kane steps in. Nice Samoan Drop by Kishi on Kane. Venis back up and going to work on Kane’s knee. Venis up to the top looking for the Money Shot on Kishi, but Kane interferes. The two big men brawl in the ring. The crowd is very much dead here. Kishi and Venis in the ring. Nice Belly 2 belly by Kishi and now he hits the big ass splash to the corner. Pigskin stinkface on Venis. Val nails Kishi with the IC belt, resulting in a DQ. For good measure, Kane chokeslams Val.
Winner: Nobody, that segment sucked

Steph consoles HHH in the bathroom.

Commercial Break- Sammy Sosa representin my fantasy team in the Home Run derby!

Stephanie McMahon w/o The Game is out on the stick. Steph kinda liked it when Jericho kissed her at KOTR and she thinks he kinda liked it too. Jericho cuts a promo from somewhere backstage. He’s ecstatic that she feels that way and he’s been thinking about her since KOTR also. He says he’s going to come out and give her a big smooch. His music hits, but he no shows. DX and HHH are looking around for him on the ramp. Jericho back on the Titantron. Says that was a pathetic attempt at an ambush. “You see HHH, you might be the Game, but now I’m the Hunter.” Very cool.

Edge and Christian with Miggidy Michael Cole. Because Christian has the sniffles, Edge is going to fight one of the Acolytes in Singles competition. Singles matches rule!

Commercial Break

DX bickering more backstage. Hilarious that all of DX thought HHH’s idea was brilliant.

Edge w/ Christian v. Acolyte Fat Bradshaw w/o stock tips, but w/ Faarooq
Entire match missed here b/c of Strangers with Candy on Comedy Central. Some schmoz occurs with Faarooq being distracted on the outside. Edge pins Bradshaw.
Winner: Edge

T&A and Val pumping up Trish backstage. They can’t accompany her to ringside. She leaves and they admit that she has no chance in hell.

Commercial Break

DX bickers.

Trish Stratus v. Lita in a Street fight
Lita moonsault. Lita rips off Trish’s top and now is trying to rip off her bottom. Steven Richards is out and covers up Trish. Steven on the mic. He personally took the responsibility to censor this unacceptable display because he knows what the fans want to see.
Winner: ???

DX bickers. X-Pac v. Triple H NEXT?

Commercial Break

Road Dogg could not stand to see his friends fight and leaves the building!

Triple H w/ Steph v. X-Pac
JR thinks this is going to be a slobberknocker. X-Pac goes to work quickly on H. The Game responds with some knees. Now a high knee to Pac’s face. X-Pac responds with a spinning heel kick and a missed Bronco Buster. HHH is sent to the outside and now Jericho is out to attack him. But wait, it was a setup! Here is Road Dogg with a sledgehammer. X-Factor for Jericho. Pedigree for Jericho. Sledgehammer shot to the gut. And now one to the face. Jericho is busted open and the stupid crowd chants Rocky.
Winner: No Contest

Commercial Break

Jericho is being taken out in an ambulance. DX gives him a sendoff.

The Kat is partying at WWF NY.

Benoit and Shane discuss strategy.

Commercial Break

Chris Benoit w/ Shane v. The Rock in a non-title match
Back and forth action to start. Nice T-bone bridged suplex by Benoit for a close 2 count. Double belly 2 back by Benoit and Rocky blocks it. Rocky responds with his own belly 2 belly. Rocky with a DDT for a close 2. Spinebuster by Rocky and the crowd goes nuts. Shane takes out the ref on the outside and reveals his own ref’s shirt. Shane runs Rocky into a huge Benoit forearm. Benoit has Rocky in the Crippler Crossface in the middle of the ring! Rocky reaches for the ropes, but misses and Shane calls for the bell. Shane called that a tap out. Funny!
Winner: Chris Benoit

After the match, Earl Hebner reverses the call, rewarding the match to Rocky by DQ. Disoriented Rocky rock bottoms one of the referees. Shane and Benoit escape.
