Kick-Off Show Match
Cody Rhodes & Goldust vs. Ryback & Curtis Axel w/ Larry “The Axe” Hennig

Goldust and Axel start the match but both quickly make the tag to their partners. Ryback goes for a quick schoolboy pin, but Rhodes kicks out at one. Rhodes goes for an O’Connor roll, but Ryback grabs the ropes to counter. Ryback tosses Rhodes to the corner and makes the tag to Axel. Axel whips Rhodes to the adjacent corner, but Rhodes fights out and whips Axel to the outside. Ryback rushes into the ring and charges towards Rhodes, but Rhodes low bridges the top rope, sending Ryback tumbling to the outside. Rhodes heads up top as Goldust positions himself on the ring apron. Rhodes connects with a flying splash to Ryback on the outside as Goldust takes out Axel with a somersault senton from the ring apron. Rhodes and Goldust are firmly in control as we head to a break. We return from the break to find Ryback and Goldust in the ring. Ryback has Goldust down on the mat and is stomping a mudhole in him. Ryback makes the tag to Axel, but Axel levels Goldust with a gorgeous standing drop kick. Axel makes the tag to Ryback, and Ryback hits Goldust with a running splash in the corner. Ryback delivers a delayed vertical suplex to Goldust but only gets a two count. Ryback makes the tag to Axel, and Axel pounds on Goldust in the corner. Axel goes for another drop kick, but Goldust counters into a jackknife pin for a two count of his own. Ryback gets the tag and repeatedly slams Goldust’s head into the mat. GOLDUST HEADS UP TO THE SECOND ROPE AND HITS A GORGEOUS FLYING HURRICANRANA! I seriously can’t believe how well Goldust has been performing since his return to WWE. That was amazing. Goldust makes the hot tag to Rhodes as Ryback makes the tag to Axel. Rhodes heads up top and connects with a top rope moonsault for a long two count. Rhodes hits the Alabama Slamma, but Ryback pulls Rhodes out of the ring. Rhodes uses the ring steps to hit Ryback with the Disaster Kick before heading back into the ring. Axel goes for the Perfectplex, but Rhodes tries to counter into the Cross Rhodes, but Ryback charges the ring. Cody tosses Ryback out of the ring, and Goldust levels him on the outside. Cody turns his attention back to Axel, hits the Cross Rhodes, and gets the three count.

Match Result: Cody Rhodes defeats Curtis Axel with the Cross Rhodes.

Intercontinental Championship Match
Big E (Champion) vs. Jack Swagger w/ Zeb Colter

Big E and Swagger lock up to start, and Big E muscles Swagger to the corner. Swagger breaks free, but Big E immediately muscles him right back to the corner. Swagger again breaks free, hits the ropes, and levels Big E with a running shoulder tackle. Big E gets back on his feet, hits the ropes, and levels Swagger with a running shoulder tackle of his own. Swagger rolls out of the ring to consult with Zeb before heading back into battle. Big E catches Swagger with two belly-to-belly throws and follows up with a shoulder to the gut in the corner. Swagger again rolls to the outside, but Big E follows him and slams him head first into the ring steps. Zeb distracts Big E for a moment, but Big E returns his attention to Swagger in time to drive him back-first into the ring post. Big E rolls Swagger back into the ring and goes for the cover but only gets a two count. Swagger dumps Big E to the outside and levels him with a running clothesline. Swagger rolls Big E back into the ring and goes for the cover but only gets a two count. Swagger traps Big E in the corner and goes to work with a volley of knees to the gut. Swagger hits a short clothesline and gets another two count. Big E gets back to his feet and charges at Swagger, but Swagger damn near decapitates him with a big boot. Swagger locks in a front chancery, but Big E lifts him and tosses him forward to break the hold. Big E and Swagger charge at each other and level each other with running clotheslines. Big E traps Swagger in the corner, whips him to the opposite corner, and charges after him, but Swagger evades, causing Big E to post himself in the corner. Swagger goes for a schoolboy pin but only gets a two count. Swagger appears to be bleeding from the mouth. Swagger charges Big E in the corner, but Big E catches him with a back elbow shot. Big E follows up with a belly-to-belly throw, but Swagger fights back with a spinebuster for a two count. Swagger goes for the Swagger Bomb, but Big E catches Swagger in mid-air. Swagger ends up on the ring apron, and Big E spears Swagger off the apron and down to the floor. Big E rolls Swagger back into the ring and hits a running splash for a long two count. Big E heads up top, but Swagger follows him up. Big E knocks Swagger back down to the mat, but Swagger leaps back up and hits a belly-to-belly throw from the top. Swagger heads across the ring to make the cover but only gets a two count. Swagger levels Big E with a chop block and locks in the Patriot Lock, but Big E rolls to his back and kicks himself free. Big E and Swagger slug it out in the middle of the ring. Swagger goes for a gutwrench suplex, but Big E breaks free. Big E sets up for the Big Ending Swagger, but Swagger again catches him in the Patriot Lock. Big E fights back to his feet and levels Swagger with an enzuigiri. Big E hits the Big Ending and gets finally gets the three count.

Match Result: Big E defeats Jack Swagger with the Big Ending.
Match Length: 11:46
Slimmer’s Rating: ***¼ Basically a power match, but with an impressive amount of speed and athleticism thrown in. Both guys looked really good in this one.

WWE Tag Team Championship Match
The New Age Outlaws (Champions) vs. The Usos

Billy and Jimmy start the match, but Billy quickly rolls to the outside to avoid a super kick. Road Dogg charges into the ring, but he follows Billy to the outside to avoid a super kick as well. The Usos tease suicide dives to the outside but pull up short. Road Dogg gets the tag from Billy as Jey gets the tag from Jimmy. Jey charges toward Road Dogg, but Road Dogg hip tosses him right into the turnbuckles. The back of Jey’s leg slammed into the top turnbuckle as he fell to the mat. Billy gets the tag from Road Dogg and drags Jey back into the ring. Billy traps Jey in the corner and beats him down to the mat as the crowd erupts into the first “CM Punk! CM Punk! CM Punk!” chant of the evening. Road Dogg gets the tag from Billy and locks in a rear chin lock on the mat. Jey fights back to his feet and connects with a spinning kick to Road Dogg’s head. Jimmy gets the hot tag as Road Dogg makes the tag to Billy. Jimmy connects with a kick to the gut and tosses Road Dogg out of the ring. Jimmy hits a half Samoan Drop and sets up for the Stinkface in the corner, but Road Dogg pulls Billy out of the ring. Jimmy hits a suicide dive to the outside and takes out Road Dogg, but Billy levels Jimmy on the outside. Billy rolls Jimmy back into the ring, but Jimmy hits the super kick for a two count. Jimmy heads up top and leaps at Billy, but Billy runs under him to avoid contact. Road Dogg heads up onto the ring apron to distract Jimmy, and that gives Billy enough time to roll up Jimmy for the three count.

Match Result: Billy Gunn defeats Jimmy Uso with a roll-up pin.
Match Length: 8:18
Slimmer’s Rating: **½ Good ring work from the Usos, and good psychology from the New Age Outlaws. Could have been a pretty decent tag team match with about five more minutes.

Darren Young vs. Titus O’Neil

O’Neil immediately levels Young, drags him back to his feet, and locks in a standing side head lock as the crowd starts its first “We want Lesnar! We want Lesnar! We want Lesnar!” chant of the evening. Young takes control with a standing side head lock of his own and follows up with an elbow to the jaw. Young takes O’Neil to the outside with the old Cactus Clothesline, but O’Neil slams Young into the ring post before rolling him back into the ring. Young fights back with a back elbow shot. Young heads up to the second rope and flies at O’Neil, but O’Neil catches him in mid-air and hits a back breaker. O’Neil locks in an abdominal stretch an repeatedly slaps Young’s ribs. Young finally breaks the hold, but O’Neil splashes him in the corner. And here’s our first “We want Ziggler! We want Ziggler! We want Ziggler!” chant of the evening. Young hits a big back body drop and goes to work with the ground and pound. O’Neil rolls the ring apron, and Young follows him. Young hits a neck breaker on the ring apron, rolls O’Neil back into the ring, and gets a two count. O’Neil fights back with a forearm shot to the back and follows up with Clash of the Titus for the three count.

Match Result: Titus O’Neil defeats Darren Young with Clash of the Titus.
Match Length: 6:29
Slimmer’s Rating: **¼ These guys definitely have chemistry with each other, but you can’t really do much with just six minutes. O’Neil looked dominant.

The Shield vs. The Wyatt Family

The crowd starts a “This is awesome! This is awesome! This is awesome!” chant before the match even begins. “Let’s go Wyatts! Let’s go Shield! Let’s go Wyatts! Let’s go Shield!” All six men start brawling in the middle of the ring before the match can begin. The Shield toss the Wyatts, and they own the ring to start. The Wyatts strategize on the outside as the Shield maintain the high ground. The Wyatts climb up onto the ring apron, and the match finally officially begins. It’s Rollins and Rowan to start. Rowan heads for Rollins, but Rollins rolls out of the way. Rollins makes the tag to Reigns and stomps on Rowan in the corner. Rollins gets the quick tag and charges at Rowan, but Rowan turns him inside out with a running shoulder block. Harper gets the tag from Rowan and fish hooks Rollins. Wyatt gest the tag from Harper and tosses Rollins to the corner. Wyatt whips Rollins to the ropes and goes for a running clothesline, but Rollins baseball slides between Wyatt’s legs and makes the tag to Reigns. Reigns and Wyatt face off in the middle of the ring, and the crowd is really hot for this match. Reigns muscles Wyatt to the corner and levels him with a short clothesline. Reigns go for the cover but only gets a one count. Wyatt locks in a front chancery and drags Reigns back to the Wyatt corner. Wyatt makes the tag to Harper and Harper goes for a suplex, but Reigns counters into a suplex of his own. Reigns manages to pulls Harper to the Shield corner, and the Shield triple team Harper until the referee regains control. Ambrose gets the tag from Reigns and hits a drop kick to the jaw for a two count. Rollins get the quick tag and delivers a head butt to the kidney. Ambrose gets the quick tag from Rollins and hits a flying back elbow shot. Rowan distracts Ambrose from the apron, and that gives Harper enough time to connect with a drop kick. Wyatt gets the tag and traps Ambrose in the corner. Wyatt charges across the ring and splashes Ambrose in the corner. Rowan gets the tag and hits a scoop slam in the middle of the ring. Rowan squeezes on Ambrose’s head and follows up with a sidewalk slam for a two count. The crowd is still chanting for both teams. Rowan delivers a head butt and makes the tag to Harper. Harper chops the chest and hits a vertical suplex for another two count. Ambrose fights back to his feet and connects with a swinging neck breaker. Harper is down, and that gives Ambrose enough time to make the tag to Rollins. Rollins delivers a flying forearm in the corner and heads up top, but Rowan distract Rollins long enough for Harper to follow Rollins up top. HARPER GOES FOR A BELLY-TO-BACK SUPLEX FROM THE TOP, BUT ROLLINS FLIPS ALL THE WAY OVER AND LANDS ON HIS FEET IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RING! Rollins heads up top and delivers a flying knee to the side of the head, but Harper manages to make the tag to Wyatt. Wyatt tosses Rollins out of the ring and hits a senton on the outside. Wyatt rolls Rollins back into the ring and gets a two count. “We want tables! We want tables! We want tables!” Rowan gets the tag from Wyatt and works over Rollins before making the quick tag to Harper. Harper slams Rollins right across the face and catapults him neck-first into the second rope. Wyatt gest the tag and locks in a side head lock on the mat. Wyatt whips Rollins to the ropes and charges toward him, but Rollins counters with a big boot. Rollins heads up to the second rope and flies at Wyatt, but Wyatt catches him with a side slam. Ambrose tries to make the save but eats a big boot from Harper. Harper gets the tag to become the legal man, but Rollins catches him with a spinning kick to the back of the head. Rollins FINALLY makes the hot tag to Reigns, and the crowd explodes. Rowan gets the tag from Harper, but Reigns catches him with a Samoan drop. Harper pulls Reigns out of the ring, but Reigns runs around the ring and lands a drop kick to Rowan. A brawl erupts in the middle of the ring, and Wyatt pulls Ambrose to the outside. LUKE HARPER HITS A SUICIDE DIVE TO AMBROSE ON THE OUTSIDE! Rollins heads over to the Spanish announce table and begins to dismantle it. Wyatt attacks Rollins, but Ambrose makes the save. Ambrose and Wyatt spill over the barrier and into the crowd. Ambrose and Wyatt brawl into the crowd as Reigns and Rowan (the legal men) slug it out in the middle of the ring. Rowan posts Reigns in the corner and charges at him, but Reigns counters with the Superman punch. Rollins attacks Harper on the outside, and Rollins drives a monitor into Harper’s gut. Wyatt makes the save and begins to dismantle the other announce table. Wyatt and Harper set Rollins on the table as Rowan hits a fall away slam that sends Reigns tumbling out of the ring. ROWAN AND HARPER HEAD UP ONTO THE ANNOUNCE TABLE AND DOUBLE CHOKE SLAM ROLLINS THROUGH THE SPANISH ANNOUNCE TABLE! Ambrose is still down and out in the crowd, and Rollins isn’t getting up. The Wyatts surround Reigns in the ring, and Harper gets the tag from Rowan. Harper damn near decapitates Reigns with a big boot before making the tag to Wyatt. Wyatt sets up for Sister Abigail, but Reigns powers out! Reigns counters into a Samoan Drop! Reigns tosses Harper out of the ring and levels Rowan with a Superman punch. Reigns levels Wyatt with another Superman punch and sets up for a spear, but Harper charges into the ring. Reigns spears Harper, but the distraction gives Wyatt enough time to hit Reigns with a running forearm shot. Wyatt drags Reigns back to his feet, hits Sister Abigail, and gets the three count.

Match Result: Bray Wyatt defeats Roman Reigns with Sister Abigail.
Match Length: 22:37
Slimmer’s Rating: ****½ Best WWE tag team match in YEARS. These guys went out there to prove that they’re the future of WWE, and that’s exactly what they did.

Divas Championship Match
AJ Lee w/ Tamina Snuka vs. Cameron

Cameron goes for a quick roll-up pin, but AJ kicks out. Cameron trips AJ and hits a leg drop for a one count. AJ lands back kick to the gut for two count. AJ locks in a modified seated Dragon Sleeper, but Cameron fights back to his feet. AJ whips Cameron to the corner and charges toward her, but Cameron counters into another roll-up pin for a two count. Cameron hits a drop kick and gets another two count. Cameron connects with a Thesz press, but AJ tosses Cameron out of the ring. AJ follows Cameron out of the ring and taunts her on the outside. AJ tries to climb back into the ring, but Cameron pulls her off the ring apron. Tamina tries to make the save, but she accidentally kicks AJ instead of Cameron. Cameron rolls AJ back into the ring and makes the cover, but Tamina pulls AJ out of the cover. Cameron heads to the outside to deal with Tamina, but Tamina clotheslines her. The referee sees the interference and calls for the disqualification.

Match Result: Cameron defeats AJ Lee via disqualification.
Match Length: 3:52
Slimmer’s Rating: ½* This was more of a three minute plot device than a match.

Batista vs. Alberto Del Rio

Del Rio comes out to the ring in his warm up suit, on crutches, and wearing a neck break. He says that he won’t be able to compete tonight due to his injuries, but it’s all a ruse to allow him to attack Batista before the match begins. Del Rio beats Batista down to the mat with his crutch, and it’s all legal due to the fact that the match never officially began. The referee take the crutch from Del Rio, and the match is finally able to begin. Del Rio posts Batista in the corner, and I’m pretty sure we’re getting a “Boo-tista! Boo-tista! Boo-tista!” chant. Del Rio heads out on the ring apron and applies a cross arm breaker over the second rope. “Daniel Bryan! Daniel Bryan! Daniel Bryan!” Del Rio heads back into the ring and locks in a modified hammer lock on the mat. “CM Punk! CM Punk! CM Punk!” Batista fights back and begins to pound on Del Rio, and that draws the loudest boos of the evening from the crowd. Del Rio charges Batista in the corner, and Batista side steps him, causing Del Rio to post himself in the corner. “Y2J! Y2J! Y2J!” Del Rio heads up to the second rope and stomps on Batista’s chest. “Boring! Boring! Boring!” Del Rio follows up with his patented rope-assisted enzuigiri in the corner. Del Rio makes the cover but only gets a two count. Del Rio kicks Batista out of the ring and removes the top turnbuckle in the far corner. “We want Lesnar! We want Lesnar! We want Lesnar!” Del Rio rolls Batista back into the ring, but Batista catches him with a spear out of nowhere. Batista goes for the cover but only gets a two count. Batista goes for a scoop slam, but Del Rio counters into the Back Stabber for a two count. Del Rio heads up top and goes for a flying senton, but Batista rolls out of the way. Batista hits a spinebuster and goes for the Batista Bomb, but Del Rio floats over and counters into a chop block. Del Rio hits a super kick to the side of the head and gets yet another two count. Gratuitous WrestleMania sign shot. Del Rio goes for the cross armbreaker, but Batista shoves him into the exposed turnbuckle. Batista catches Del Rio on the rebound and hits the Batista Bomb for the three count.

Match Result: Batista defeats Alberto Del Rio with the Batista Bomb.
Match Length: 10:00ish (stopwatch issues)
Slimmer’s Rating: *¾ This match just never clicked, and the crowd was having no part of it. They want no part of Batista, and that’s going to be a big problem at WrestleMania.

Elimination Chamber Match for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship
Randy Orton (Champion) vs. John Cena vs. Daniel Bryan vs. Christian vs. Sheamus vs. Antonio Cesaro

Sheamus and Cesaro start the match and immediately spill out onto the steel. Sheamus clotheslines Cesaro over the top rope and back into the ring. Sheamus charges at Cesaro, but Cesaro back body drop him over the top rope and out onto the steel. Cesaro hits the ropes and charges at Sheamus, but Sheamus hits a slingshot battering ram back into the ring. Sheamus drives a shoulder into the gut in the corner and clotheslines Cesaro out onto the steel. Sheamus delivers his patented clubbing forearm shots to the chest and clotheslines Cesaro on the steel. Sheamus tries to suplex Cesaro back into the ring, but Cesaro drags Sheamus out onto the steel. Cesaro heads up to the second turnbuckle and double stomps Sheamus’ chest on the steel. Cesaro works over Sheamus with uppercuts right in front of Cena’s pod. Sheamus heads up top, but Cesaro catches him with a leaping uppercut. Cesaro follows Sheamus up top, but Sheamus shoves him back down to the mat and connects with a top rope shoulder block. DANIEL BRYAN IS THE THIRD ENTRANT. Bryan rushes into the ring and levels Sheamus with a clothesline. Bryan goes to work with kicks to both Cesaro and Sheamus and delivers the roundhouse kick to Cesaro. Cesaro rolls out to the steel to avoid the pin. Bryan catches Sheamus with a drop toe hold, sets up for a figure four, and Northern Lights suplexes Cesaro into a figure four / Northern Lights combination on Sheamus and Cesaro. That was sweet. Sheamus and Cesaro break free, and Sheamus goes to work with knees to Cesaro’s gut. Cesaro clotheslines Sheamus out to the steel, and both Cesaro and Bryan follows Sheamus out to the steel. Bryan tries to whip Cesaro into the empty pod, but Cesaro reverses and whips Bryan right through the pod! Bryan went injured shoulder-first through the plexiglass. Sheamus hits the rolling fireman’s carry slam to Cesaro on the steel. CHRISTIAN IS THE FOURTH ENTRANT. Christian drags Bryan back to the middle of the ring and works him over. Christian whips Bryan to the steel and slams him into another pod. Christian rolls Bryan back into the ring and hits a tornado DDT on the bad shoulder. Bryan regains control with body kicks, and Sheamus drags Christian to the outside. Sheamus tries to lawn dart Christian through a pod, but Christian counters into an inverted DDT on the steel. Cesaro tosses Christian toward the chains, but Christian catches himself halfway up the chains. Christian flies at Cesaro, but Cesaro catches him and tosses him back-first into the plexiglass. Cesaro grabs a piece of plexiglass and slams it into Sheamus. Cesaro gutwrench throws Sheamus onto the loose plexiglass. JOHN CENA IS THE FIFTH ENTRANT. Cena picks up Christian and uses him as a weapon against Cesaro. Cena heads up top, but Bryan follows him up and hits a hurricanrana from the top. Bryan goes for the roundhouse kick to Cena, but Christian interrupts and counters in the Kill Switch for a two count. Cesaro begins to set up for the Big Swing on Christian, but Cena levels them both. Cena sets up for the Five Knuckle Shuffle, but Sheamus interrupts and counters into White Noise for a two count. Sheamus and Cesaro slug it out in the middle of the ring. Cesaro goes for the Neutralizer, but Sheamus counters into a back body drop. Christian catches Cesaro with a tornado DDT and sets up for the Kill Switch, but Cena pulls him to the outside and slams him back-first into the chains. Cena heads into the ring, but Cesaro hits the pop-up uppercut for a looong two count. Cena, Bryan, and Cesaro start punching and kicking each other in the middle of the ring. Cesaro superplexes Sheamus from the outside, over the top rope, and into the ring. RANDY ORTON IS THE FINAL ENTRANT! Orton rushes into the ring and stomps on all five men. Orton gratuitously points to the WrestleMania sign. Orton goes for the punt to Bryan, but Bryan rolls out of the way. All five men surround Orton, but Orton flees back into his pod and closes the door behind him. I can’t tell if the door is actually locked, but that would be the only explanation for why the other competitors don’t just open it. Orton taunts Sheamus from inside the pod, so SHEAMUS BROGUE KICKS HIS WAY INTO THE POD! Cena connects with a Protoplex and the Five Knuckle Shuffle to Orton in the middle of the ring. Cesaro gives Orton the Big Swing. Cesaro finally launches Orton, and Bryan takes advantage of a dizzy Cesaro with an O’Connor roll into a belly-to-back suplex. Sheamus goes for the Brogue kick to Christian, but Christian ducks and Sheamus connects with Cena. Christian rolls up Sheamus, but Sheamus kicks out. Sheamus chases Christian to the outside and goes for the Celtic Cross on the steel, but Christian climbs up the chains on to the top of a pod. Sheamus and Orton follow Christian up, and Orton superplexes Sheamus from the top turnbuckle. CHRISTIAN HITS A FROG SPLASH FROM THE TOP OF A POD TO SHEAMUS AND COVERS FOR THREE COUNT! SHEAMUS HAS BEEN ELIMINATED! Orton goes for a his patented rope-assisted DDT to Christian, but Christian back body drops Orton out to the steel. Bryan catches Christian with a running knee, and that’s enough for the three count. CHRISTIAN HAS BEEN ELIMINATED! The final four face off in the ring. Cena squares off with Cesaro as Bryan squares off with Orton. Cena takes out Cesaro as Bryan takes out Orton. Cena and Bryan square off in the middle of the ring. Cen and Bryan trade punches and kicks. Bryan goes for the Yes Lock, but Cena tries to counter into the Attitude Adjustment, but Cesaro sneaks up from behind and hits a belly-to-back suplex / Samoan drop combination on Cena and Bryan. Cena regains control, locks in the STF, and makes Cesaro tap. ANTONIO CESARO HAS BEEN ELIMINATED! Cena locks in the STF on Orton, but suddenly the lights go out and the Wyatts’ music hits. Thank you Wyatts! Thank you Wyatts!” The Wyatts leave the ring, and Orton covers a motionless John Cena for the three count. JOHN CENA HAS BEEN ELIMINATED! Daniel Bryan and Randy Orton are the final two competitors. Kane makes his way down to the ring and sends the Wyatts to the back. “You sold out! You sold out! You sold out!” Kane heads into the ring to get John Cena, but Bryan heads up top and takes out Kane with a flying knee to the side of the head. Orton takes Bryan up top and goes for a superplex, but Bryan ties up Orton in the Tree of Woe. Bryan hits multiple running low drop kicks to Orton, takes him up top, and hits a side superplex. Bryan makes the cover but only gets a two count. Bryan again heads up top, but Orton hits the ropes to make him lose his balance. Orton hits his patented rope-assisted DDT and sets up for the RKO. Orton goes for the RKO, but BRYAN COUNTERS INTO THE RUNNING KNEE! Bryan covers Orton, but Kane pulls the official out of the ring before he can make the three count. Bryan levels Kane, but Orton hits the RKO for a two count. Bryan rolls up Orton for a two count. Bryan hits a kick to the side of the head and sets up for another running knee, but Kane cheap shots Bryan. Orton takes advantage and hits the RKO for the three count.

Match Result: Randy Orton eliminates Daniel Bryan with the RKO.

Slimmer’s Rating: **** Good chamber match with some inventive spots, but it really does pale in comparison to the greatness of the six-man tag team match.
