Brooke gets a record deal?

We begin the week with Brooke in studio. They are cutting a new demo and making new press kits to get her some more attention. Hulk doesn’t need more frustration, they need to get the ball moving.

Brooke watches her new press kit video and she doesn’t like it. She thinks they have better stuff, but Linda doesn’t care. Brooke says she looks fat and is being sabotaged. Brooke says Linda is like a 4-year old. She cried to Hulk and is worried and cries because Linda doesn’t care. Linda tells her to stop her bitching. Brooke cries more and says this could hurt her. Hulk questions Linda and Linda says she is nuts. Linda says she looks great.

Hulk asks why she is upset and watches the video. He says it looks great, but she thinks she is fat. She doesn’t want to make the wrong move and wants this all to work. Hulk says he wouldn’t lie, they’re pals.

Hulk says they just need one big idea to get her over. Hulk says maybe some pop-like country music could work. She could make a lot of cash. Brooke is not that interested, but Hulk says she could do well. Brooke says he is crazy because that’s not her.

Later Hulk calls Liz, who says there is some interest with a dude who has a lot of hits and is interested in her. Hulk says to set the meeting ASAP…brother!

Back from commercial and Nick is pissing around with aluminum foil teeth. He’s gangsta. Hulk and Brooke ride around in the Hulkamania golf cart. They go to get some IV vitamins, vitamins…right. Hulk wants 2 IV’s, because HE’S HARDCORE! They discuss the upcoming meeting.

They go to Miami and meet Scott Storch. He puts over her singing, and says she is 80% hit. She does some studio stuff and then sings for them. Hulk is like, “don’t read the music…tell the story baby.” He lip syncs along, which is disturbing. Scott is impressed. They leave as Hulk has high hopes.

The next night they listen to her cuts, and the records dudes seem into it. They go to see Scott and they think she has it and that she works well with them. He thinks this label could be her home. Hulk says it has to be the right deal and they have to believe in her. Brooke would be their flagship artist for them. Hulk loves that. The Hogan’s have to discuss this. Hulk says they have heard it all before, but needs to see it on paper. They talk with Brooke and she refuses to get excited, because when she does she always gets let down.

Back at the Hogan estate Brooke is on her PC. She looks up Storch online and is impressed. She discusses the possible deal, and still refuses to get excited.

Later Storch calls Hogan and he is excited. He tells Linda that they want to talk business on his boat. Hogan says this could be the dream come true. Hulk goes and calls a plane message company to set something up…interesting.

Hulk checks the weather and the family goes and hits the boat with Scott. Linda asks about what Brook will be doing, and he says rock with some hip-hop. Brooke digs it. The plane comes and it says, “Scorch sign my daughter.” Slick Hulk. Brooke is embarrassed. Scott laughs it off and Hulk jokes about tossing him off the boat. Scott says she has a deal, they just need to sign the papers.

Back from commercial and she signs her deal today. They are all excited. Hulk says he will change from parent to manager, and then they can focus on Nick. They toast and Brooke is blown away. She cries and says she thought it would never come, but she fought and it came true. They sign the contract and it is a deal. This is a $1.3 Million Dollar deal! She gets an advance for $300,000 right there. She says the last pay she got was from Country Harvest! HAHAHA! I hate her. They say she needs to do a single release and then finish up the album. Everyone is happy.

Later on Hulk sports an n W o shirt. Brooke says she won’t let them down, and Brooke will do some stuff with some dude I never heard of. Paul Wall or some shit. He’s a Houston rapper. They cut a track together, and Hulk is happy.

They drive by some house and Hulk says they need to be here in Miami, and he bought this house. THE HOGAN’S AR EMOVING TO MIAMI! They hope this city has no animal issues.

The 411: Good episode, it’s nice to see Brooke get her deal finally so we don’t have to hear about her bitching anymore. Now I want to see 4-episodes dedicated to their move. Thumbs up.
