Highlights of last week's main event are shown, including Sabu putting Show through a table a bloody mess.

Tonight, I Paul Heyman have no option but to fight on Live TV in an extreme rules match. I must destroy my own monster with these hands, these hands I must dismantle my own disciple, crush and punish my own child tonight. Live on ECW, I will pin Sabu 1…2…3.
Styles and Tazz welcome us to the show.
RVD vs. Hardcore Holly
They start off duking it out. Off the ropes and a monkey flip by RVD. Sidekick to Holly and then sends him to the floor. To the floor and Holly with rights. RVD suplexes Holly onto the barrier, to the apron…corkscrew leg drop by RVD. Back into the ring and forearm shots by RVD. Mounted corner punches on Holly, Alabama Slam try, but Holly just throws him to the floor. Holly rolls him back in and drop san elbow and then a leg drop. Holly chokes him on the 2nd rope, clubbing shots now. Snap mare and a rear chin lock by Holly. RVD fights to his feet, off the ropes and eats a dropkick by Holly and he covers for 2. Rights to RVD and chops now. Boots to RVD, Irish whip and a reversal and flying spin kick by RVD. Clothesline by RVD, another. Sidekick. Standing moonsault for 2. Off the ropes, reversal and a spinkick by RVD. RVD off the ropes…rolling thunder. RVD up top…FROG SPLASH MISSES! Holly to the floor and grabs a chair. In the ring, misses…spin kick by RVD. Spinning leg drop to Holly. RVD has the chair…nails Holly and that is a DQ.
Winner: Hardcore Holly @ 5:50 via DQ
He chases Holly to the floor and nails him again with the chair, sending him into the crowd.
The Big Show is up next.
We see Rene Dupree riding an exercise bike. It is time to make his mark as the most extreme athlete ever in ECW.
The Big Show makes his way to the ring.
SHOW: Lets set the record straight. I am the most dominant champion in WWE history. I took out DX. Unforgiven is around the corner, it's me and the McMahon's vs. DX. Their fate will be sealed. I know how they operate, they mess with people's heads. I challenge you two, next week here in ECW to a handicap match. The king of kings will bow at my feet and hearts will be broken, because no one can beat me.

We see Shannon Moore standing, he says "Fight the Power." Damn he is insightful.
CM Punk vs. Stevie Richards
Lock up and a hammerlock by Punk. Leg trip by Richards and a headlock. Some counters and a back elbow by Richards. Chops are exchanged and a knee by Richards. Rights to Punk, off the ropes and Punk moves and Richards to the floor. Suicide dive by Punk. Punk up top…STEVIE KICK to Punk's leg. Snap mare by Richards and a cover for 2. Boots by Richards, knees now and off the ropes and a knee by Richards. Same again and a snap suplex gets 2 for Richards. Side bear hug by Richards. Punk works to escape, elbows out, off the ropes and a dropkick by Punk. Spinning kick and uppercuts by Punk. Boot to the head by Punk. Off the ropes and a butterfly suplex into a back breaker by Punk. Slaps, but Richards rams him to the corner. Shoulder thrusts to Punk. Off the ropes and a roll up by Punk for 2. Uranage by Punk. Anaconda vice and after some fight, that is all.
Winner: CM Punk @ 4:17 via submission
We see a video package for Sabu.
We see a special making of the Marine, the same one we saw last night.
Matt Striker makes his way to the ring.
STRIKER: Why don't you realize that I am here to help you? I am a boneified schoolteacher; you should be looking up to me. But you don't cheer for me, you cheer for reprobates and pariahs. Sandman is out. He drinks and bleeds.
Striker hits Sandman with the chalkboard. He then nails him with a stapler. Striker leaves because he is smart. Sandman is not happy.
Balls Mahoney is here. So is Kelly. She is looking for Knox. She hasn't seen him. She shows balls her goodies. He is happy because he has never seen boobies before.
Styles and Tazz discuss him being released. We get a Kurt Angle video as they talk. Tazz says it was devastating news as they were friends. They wish him the best and that everything will be ok.
We get a Sabu talking promo. He'll massacre Paul Heyman.
Extreme Rules: Sabu vs. Paul Heyman w/Security
Sabu attacks the security and they start to beat him down. He fights, gets the chair and beats them down. Heyman begs off, Sabu sets up a chair and DIVES ONTO SHOW who was on the floor! He gets a DDT and then security beats him down along with Show. Back in the ring and Heyman cowers as the three kick Sabu's ass. Smash mouth by Show. Rights by Show. Sabu is bleeding, Show holds him and Heyman slaps him repeatedly. Heyman yells at him and says he made him. He tells security to attack again. Show grabs him and head butts him. Show tells them to set up a table and they do on the floor. Chops by Show. Rights by Heyman now. He dances and yells, "I HAVE HIS BLOOD ON MY HANDS!" Get checked Paul. Boots by Show. More head butts by Show. Back breaker and Heyman yells at Sabu some more. Sabu grabs him and then fights back on Show. Clothesline by Show takes him back down. Heyman to his knees proclaiming that he is Sabu's messiah. Head butts by Show again. Goozle by Show, press slam now…Sabu slides out and RVD is here and battles through security. He attacks Show now. Show with a chair…Van Damninator by RVD. Running dropkick to Show. PLANCHA onto security! Heyman tries to revive Show, but Sabu grabs him! He beats on Paul and grabs a chair…Arabian Facebuster to Heyman! RVD lays Heyman on the table…Sabu leaps but SHOW TACKLES HIM in mid-air! Holly is here and beats down RVD. ALABAMA SLAM through the table! Cobra clutch back breaker by Show on Sabu. They roll Paul back in, they lay him on Sabu 1…2…3.
Winner: Paul Heyman @ 8:39 via pin
Holly and Show stand off, and then Holly gets a table and brings it into the ring. They set it up and grab Sabu…CHOKESLAM through the table on Sabu.
Show, Holly and Heyman all celebrate. Show does crotch chops as we see replays of the carnage.
