411's ECW December to Dismember Report 12.03.06
Posted by Ashish on 12.03.2006

- A video feature building up the Extreme Elimination Chamber match aired.

- Fireworks and Joey Styles & Tazz welcomed us.

The Hardy Boyz vs. MNM
MNM got a pretty big entrance. Joey Styles put over how this will be the one and only time they wrestle for ECW. Joey Mercury and Matt Hardy started things off with Matt taking brief control before all four got in and argued. The Hardys grabbed control, tagging in and out as they worked over Mercury and then Nitro. MNM finally did fight back, nailing a double elbow on Jeff. Nitro missed a moonsault attempt, giving Matt the opportunity to tag in and take control. Hardy hit a Splash Mountain as Melina got involved and tripped up Matt. He went after her only to be attacked by Nitro. MNM again took control, nailing a gutbuster on Matt for a two count. Melina got shots in on Matt as Nitro distracted the ref. MNM manipulated the ref to gain an advantage over Matt. MNM botched a double suplex attempt, giving Matt the opening to nail a neckbreaker on Nitro and Mercury. He tried to crawl to Jeff for the tag but MNM knocked Jeff off the apron. Mercury went for the Twist of Fate as Nitro climbed the turnbuckles. Matt broke out of the move and pushed Mercury into the turnbuckle, crotching Nitro. Jeff finally tagged in and was the proverbial house of fire. The Hardys took control, highlighted by Matt diving to the outside onto Mercury, followed by high risk moves to the outside by Nitro and Jeff Hardy which drew "Holy Sh*t" chants. Back in the ring, Matt hit the Twist of Fate on Mercury and Nitro went for the Swanton Bomb but Nitro broke it up. Nitro managed a two count from a missle dropkick and then worked Jeff over with Mercury in the MNM corner. MNM pounded away on Jeff with Melina even getting shots in. MNM could only manage two counts though. Hardy finally managed to fight back during a chinlock but MNM managed to again prevent him from tagging in Matt. Jeff fought back by nailing a Will O'The Wisp turning moonsault press and tagging in Matt who cleaned house. The four brawled in the ring as Melina tried to get involved but was stopped by Jeff. MNM hit a Snapshot on Jeff but Matt prevented the pinfall. Matt nailed a double neckbreaker on MNM and put them on top of each other, setting up Jeff with the Swanton Bomb for the win. Really fun, well booked tag match.
Winner: The Hardy Boyz

- Joey Styles and Tazz put over the opening tag match.

- A video aired of RVD talking about the risks of the Extreme Elimination Chamber and how the ECW World Title is worth the risks.

- Matt Striker came out and asked the fans if they wanted to see him in an Extreme Rules Match tonight. The crowded cheered but Striker instead said that it would be "Extreme Enforcement of the Rules" tonight and that his match would be under Striker's Rules which included no moves off the top ropes. He challenged Balls Mahoney.

Matt Striker vs. Balls Mahoney
After some early wrestling, Striker went for the old test of strength but used it to land a cheap shot on Mahoney. Balls fought back, nailing Striker with a shoulder. Striker managed to fight back and gain control, going to work on Mahoney's arm. He landed a few nearfalls but couldn't put Mahoney away. Balls regained control with a series of punches and jabs. Striker crotched Mahoney on the top ropes as he went up for a high risk move. This gave Striker the opening to hit a rolling armbar. Mahoney fought off tapping out and made his way to the ropes. Mahoney turned a Striker sideheadlock into a belly to back suplex followed by a backdrop. Mahoney nailed a few more shots on Striker before hitting the sitdown spinebuster for the win.
Winner: Balls Mahoney

- A promo for the Brian Pillman DVD aired.

- CM Punk warmed up in the back.

- They cut to an area backstage where Sabu was strapped to a stretcher. Paul Heyman looked concerned as the crowd chanted "bullsh*t." Joey Styles and Tazz wondered what happened.

The FBI vs. Elijah Burke & Sylvester Terkay
Prior to the match, Elijah Burke cut a promo saying that they are about to see the Elijah Burke Experience. Little Guido and Burke started things out before Mamaluke came in and worked over Burke's arm. Burke and Terkay controlled the match for the most part. One spot saw Terkay kicked Mamaluke out of the ring and then tossed Little Guido out on top of him. The FBI managed to fight back briefly, hitting a double flapjack on Burke for a nearfall but Burke eventually hit the Elijah Burke Experience which is the same thing as Jeff Jarrett's Stroke for the win. After the match, Terkay hit Guido with a muscle buster.
Winners: Elijah Burke & Sylvester Terkay

- Backstage, CM Punk and RVD wondered what happened as Sabu got loaded into an ambulance.

Daivari vs. Tommy Dreamer
Dreamer had words early with The Great Khali who came out with Daivari. Daivari used this to attack Dreamer early. Dreamer fought back though with a hiptoss. Daivari managed to grab control with an armbar and poke to the eye, followed by a baseball slide to the outside. Dreamer fought back inside the ring with a suplex, but Khali got involved, pulling the ropes down and causing Dreamer to tumble to the outside. The ref tossed Khali from ringside which caused Daivari to lose it. Daivari continued to work over Dreamer, locking on a rearchinlock and stuffing Dreamer's attempts at fighting out. Daivari then locked on a sleeper as the fans chanted "We Want Hardcore." Can't disagree with that right now. Dreamer finally fought back, hitting an inverted DDT for a nearfall. After a failed high risk move by Daivari, Dreamer got Daivari in the tree of woe and nailed him with a running dropkick to the face which got an "ECW" chant going. Dreamer went for the DDT but got rolled up by Daivari for the pin. Um, ok.
Winner: Daivari

- After the match, Dreamer followed Daivari up the stage where The Great Khali attacked him and slammed him down on the stage. EMTs came out and Dreamer eventually got back to his feet.

- Backstage, Paul Heyman told Hardcore Holly that he would be Sabu's replacement in the Elimination Chamber match tonight. This got huge boos from the crowd.

Mike Knox & Kelly Kelly vs. Kevin Thorn & Ariel
Prior to the match, Kelly Kelly grabbed the mic and wished CM Punk luck for later tonight which didn't please Knox. Thorn and Knox started things off. Thorn took control early but Knox fought back, taking Thorn down by his hair and hitting a clothesline. Thorn fought back and worked Knox over in the corner. Thorn tagged Ariel in and she called for Kelly to be tagged in. Kelly tagged in after some hesitation. Ariel went to work on her with kicks and chops. Kelly tried to tag out but Ariel hit her with an elbow. Kelly again tried to make a tag but Knox just glared at her and walked off. Ariel then scored the pin on her.
Winners: Kevin Thorn & Ariel

- After the match, Ariel continued to attack Kelly until The Sandman came down through the crowd and caned Thorn. Thorn tried to escape but Sandman kept caning him. He then drank beer on stage.

- A video of Michael Cole running down the WWE Armageddon card aired.

- Backstage, Rebecca interviewed Lashley who said his mission is to win the ECW Title.

- Test, Hardcore Holly, Big Show, and Paul Heyman all walked in the back.

- Another Extreme Elimination Chamber promo video aired.

- Paul Heyman came out and put over how intense the Extreme Elimination Chamber is. He muttered a somewhat funny line, saying that Hulkamania will die with Hulk Hogan, the "Whooos" will die with Ric Flair, but that ECW will live on long after Paul Heyman dies. Uh, not so sure about that one. He then said the day of Sabu, Rob Van Dam, and The Sandman is over and that 2007 will see the rise of the global phenomenon ECW, led by The Big Show. He then called for the Chamber to be lowered.

Big Show vs. CM Punk vs. Test vs. Rob Van Dam vs. Hardcore Holly vs. Lashley in an Extreme Elimination Chamber ECW World Title Match
Big Show came out first and was locked in with a barbed wire baseball bat. Punk was second and was locked in with a steel chair. Test was third and was locked in with a crowbar. Lashley was fourth and was locked in with a table. RVD and Hardcore Holly started the match. They went back and forth with RVD hitting a clothesline and Holly hitting his own clothesline. They fought to the steel outside the ring and RVD missed a dive off the top ropes but caught himself on the cage and jumped down on Holly who moved. Holly took control, slamming RVD into steel and fence. Holly went to the top but got hit with RVD's boot coming down. RVD hit a Rolling Thunder from inside the ring to the outside and then went for a suplex but Holly reversed it and suplexed RVD back into the ring. Holly and RVD went at it in the ring as CM Punk with steel chair got released. He ran out and nailed Holly with the chair and went for RVD who nailed him with the Van Terminator. Punk recovered and took control, bloodying RVD with a legdrop on a chair on RVD but Holly eventually grabbed Punk and threw him upside down into the Chamber fence. Holly focused on Punk as Heyman yelled for him to eliminate somebody. Holly nailed Punk with superplex. RVD tried to sneak a pin in on Holly but Holly kicked out. Holly tried to pin Punk but he also kicked out. Test then entered with a crowbar and nailed Punk. He choked out Punk as Van Dam went to work on Holly. RVD clotheslined Holly and then hit Test with a chair. He then hit Holly with the chair and hit a dropkick with the chair on Punk before hitting the Five Star Frog Splash on Punk for the pin, eliminating CM Punk. Test nailed Hardcore Holly with a high kick for the pin, eliminating Hardcore Holly. Test went to work on RVD, drilling him with a chair and then suplexing him. He then climbed the pod and crushed him with an elbow on a chair for the pin, eliminating Rob Van Dam. The crowd was pretty upset at this point as chants of "bullsh*t" and "TNA" broke out. As it came time for Lashley to enter, Heyman had his guards take the refs down so they couldn't open his cell. Lashley ended up breaking the top of the chamber with the table and climbing in through the top. He quickly went to work on Test, destroying him and eventually spearing him for the pin, eliminating Test. This just left Lashley in the ring alone, so he brought his table in as Heyman talked to Big Show. Show finally entered with his baseball bat as Lashley fought back with a chair. Lashley took control and rammed Show's head into the chamber, busting Show open. Show fought back, tossing Lashley before going for the Choke Slam. Lashley countered it into a DDT, followed by the spear for the win.
Winner: Bobby Lashley
