TNA Impact Begins…NOW!
PROGRAMMING NOTE: SPIKE will air the "Road to Lockdown" at midnight Saturday night. If all goes to plan, I'll have a recap of that.
-We get a video recap of last week's show.
-Sting, Joe and Rhino are in the ring. Angle now makes his way out. They are sporting Lockdown shirts, PRODUCT PLACEMENT~! Sting apologizes for not calling Kurt back, but he had issues to work through and he did. He is a wrestler, and loves TNA and appreciates the offer to be on the team. He says they need the 5th man though, and tells Angle to introduce him. Angle says he respects Sting, but he can't tell them. He has to come to grips with some things before he announces it. Joe now says they need to be real. He doesn't believe Angle anymore. They are one man short to slaughter. He then says the road to the title is easier without them around. Conspiracy! He says they all stepped up, and now Angle has to as well. Angle says never to question him. He says by the end of the night, and swears on the flag, that there will be five…there will be five.
-Tenay and West welcome us to the show.
-Nash is out and introduces "Black Machismo." Jay Lethal has fully turned into the Macho Man.
Lock up and a headlock by Sabin. Off the ropes and a shoulder block by Sabin. Sabin tries the Shock, countered and Jay does the Macho over the top stun deal. Double ax smash now by Jay for 2. Eye rake by Sabin, off the ropes and an elbow by Jay. Up top again goes Jay, Sabin crotches him and gets a sweet Enziguri. He covers for 2. Snap mare and he chokes out Jay. Boots and a senton by Sabin for 2. Chin lock by Sabin, he starts to Macho up and elbows out. Jabs to Sabin and a big right. Off the ropes and a back elbow to Sabin. Clothesline by Jay gets 2. Forearms by Jay, gets tripped up and Sabin gets a sweet tornado DDT for 2. Off the ropes, Sabin misses a boot and Jay then eats a kick that connects. Flatliner/back breaker by Jay. Up top now…Macho Elbow connects! 1…2…3!

-Tenay and West hype Lockdown.
-Leticia is with Team Cage. He says it got bad because of Sting and then Cornette changing the stipulations. Cornette is always messing with him. AJ says it is about business and the title. That's why they are all here. AJ reminds him they have the advantage. Cage says that was obvious. They argue and Cage says Angle doesn't have a 5th man. Cage then says they will worry about tonight first. Cage then asks if Abyss ever washes his mask.
-Back from commercial and Nash is with Machismo. He says that he gave Dutt some more help, and he appears in a Vinnie Vegas outfit. He says it is money, but Dutt says to forget about it. We see Eric Young sitting there. Roode is now here with Brooks and says Eric isn't allowed to talk. He talks shit on Petey and Storm is here and hypes the blindfold match. Roode says it pays to be Roode. Jackie is there and they are ready for their match. He tells Eric to stay in his chair and stare at the wall, and don't move.
Robert Roode & Jackie Moore w/Brooks and Storm vs. Petey Williams & Gail Kim
Man Gail is so hot. We brawl to begin. Faces in control and get dueling flapjacks. Slingshot RANA by Petey to the floor on Roode. Gail kicks the hell out of Jackie, but Roode back in and grabs her. Back suplex by Roode on Gail. Petey in and gets a front lung blower. Corner clothesline by Petey and Jackie in and rakes his eyes. Roode kills Petey with a clothesline as the ref is checking on Gail. Rights by Roode, Irish whip and Petey gets a boot up. Spine buster by Roode as we head to a commercial @ 1:55.
Back from commercial @ 5:25 with Jackie beating on Petey. Petey goes to fire back and Roode is in and rakes his eyes. Stomps by Roode as a ref helps Gail to the back. Petey tries to fire back and gets a spin kick on Roode. Gail is back and attacks Jackie. Enziguri to Roode by Petey. Dropkick connects and then the Russian leg sweep. Petey and Storm brawl now, Roode grabs a roll up and the tights for the win.
Winner: Moore and Roode @ 7:05 via pin
-After the match the heels beat them down and Harris hits the ring and cleans house. He chokes Jackie and Storm clips his leg. Eric Young is out with a chair and hits the ring. He clears them out and stands off with Roode. Roode bails and tells Eric to put the chair down. He tosses down the chair and leaves.
-JB is with Christopher Daniels. Daniels walks with a bat and refuses to talk. He shoves JB away and that is that. We see LAX and they have Runt tied up and gagged. Tonight, he will pay a price. Konnan has a gun~!
-Back from commercial with a video package hyping the electrified cage match.
-LAX is now in the ring with Runt. He says 3D better get into shape because they are fat. They will make an example of Runt. They are tired of being harassed, and the corrupt government is to blame. They won't stand for it anymore. He pulls his piece and it is a TAZER gun! He says this is a message for 3D. Ray and Devon are out. They tell Konnan not to shoot, but Konnan says he is like the police and will shoot first. HAHA he shoots him with it! Security hits the ring as they try to get the prods out.
-Back from commercial and we get a replay of the shooting of Runt.
-We get a video package for Lethal Lockdown.
The Winner's Team gets the Lockdown Advantage: Samoa Joe vs. AJ Styles
Joe misses a kick and AJ dances. Misses again and more dancing. Joe kicks him in the head and then the back. Joe rolls and gets a leg lace, but AJ gets the ropes. Snap mare and chops and kicks from Joe. Off the ropes and Joe sidesteps the AJ dropkick. Knee drop by Joe and AJ is rocked. Joe misses a corner charge, AJ to the apron and a superman elbow shot to Joe. We head to commercial @ 1:35.
Back from commercial @ 5:00 and AJ is in control. Forearms by AJ, and then shoulder rams in the corner. He chokes out Joe and then rakes the back, leaving a NASTY mark on Joe's back. What a bitch. Dropkick to the knee of Joe, and then he lays the boots to Joe. Joe to his feet and fires back, rights by AJ and Joe is stopped. To the corner and elbows by AJ. Irish whip, corner clothesline by AJ. Joe fires back now, jabs and an Irish whip, counter and the STJOE on AJ~! Forearms by Joe and AJ is down. AJ back and eats a snap powerslam for 2. Jawbreaker by AJ, Irish whip and a reversal…back elbow by AJ and the Asai DDT connects for 2! Boots by Joe, up top and AJ pulls the ref into the leaping knee of Joe. Spin kick by AJ and tries the clash, backdrop by Joe and RUNNING KNEE OF DOOM~! AJ escapes the muscle buster, roll up and Joe counters into the clutch~! AJ taps as Team Cage comes out to the ring but Team Angle is out as well! They brawl and JJ's Music hits! He has the guitar and enters the ring. He stares at Joe and KILLS AJ with the guitar! He looks at Joe and makes the "5" signal! Cover 1…2…3!
Winner: Samoa Joe @ 11:00 via pin
-Team Cage is surprised and pissed. Angle celebrates and his team doesn't seem happy. They all argue as the show ends.
-We get the closing wrap up video do hickey.
