411's WWE Heat Report 08.12.07
Posted by Daniel Wilcox on 08.12.2007

Welcome to the Heat Report! Don't worry, just one week and Slimmer will be back, but for now you have to put up with me. And notice Small's not around this weekend, probably because he found out I was still doing Heat and decided there was no point in him even trying anymore.

The opening WWE video airs, and it is followed by the Heat vid. Jack Kopella and Todd "The Icon" Grisham are with us this week, as Coach has been demoted.

Daivari vs. Super Crazy

Big pop for Super Crazy. I remember a time when cruiserweights were exclusive to SmackDown. Elbow tie-up, waist lock, go behind and they come apart. Daivari aunts and gets a drop kick for 2. Snapmare by Crazy into a pinning combination. Arm drag by Crazy. Daivari on the attack and hits a slam but misses an elbow and Crazy gets another arm drag. Shoulder knock down by Crazy, goes for a springboard crossbody but gets dropkicked in kid=air. Hard Irish whip by Daivari gets a 2 count on Crazy. Body scissors applied now by Daivari. He releases the hold and attempts to apply a modified abdominal stretch but in the end just backs Crazy into a corner and delivers a few kicks to the ribs. Crazy reverses a whip and gets a sunset flip for 2, but Daivari comes back with a kick and a bear hug on Crazy. Crazy fights to his feet and the fans get behind him,. He almost forces a break but Daivari rolls through and keeps the hold locked on. "Super Crazy" chant as Daivari applies pressure. Crazy breaks the move with back elbows and now he nails a pair of dropkicks. Right hands, forearms by Crazy into a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker. Standing moonsault from Crazy gets 2. Slam by the insane luchador. Crazy up top, goes for the moonsault and Daivari just moves out of the way. Camel clutch applied by Daivari! Crazy submits and we have a winner.

Winner – Daivari

Daivari has a mic and rambles on to big heat.

Up next – What did Vince McMahon have o say upon his return to Raw?

We get a John Cena vignette.

We see footage of Mr. McMahon's promos on Raw this past week. It all of course leads to the Battle Royal to determine the new General Manager of Raw, which William Regal eventually won.

Val Venis vs. Sterling Keenan

Tie-up, break. Tie-up again, takeover by Val and he grabs an armbar but Keenan makes it to the ropes. Drop toehold by Val and he goes back to the arm, twisting it behind the back and driving the knee into the joint. Ringer by Val and he continues to work the arm. Keenan gets to the ropes and the hold is broken. Slap by Keenan angers Val and he fires off with rights, knocking Keenan down in the corner. Val with kicks now, he brings Keenan up, nails a back elbow and an elbow drop followed by mounted punches. Keenan out to the apron, hangs up Val. Small "Keenan" chant. Keenan chokes Val in the corner, and he follows up with chops. Neckbreaker by Keenan gets a 2 count. Irish whip reversed by Val and Keenan runs into a spine buster. Money shot connects and that's all.

Winner – Val Venis

Still to come – Cryme Tyme vs. Cade and Murdoch

William Regal tells us to stay safe, and not try *this* at school or at home.

We come back to highlights of this week's Raw main event which was Cena vs. Umaga. It ended with Umaga turning face on Orton and Carlito, leading to Regal making Cena/Umaga vs. Carlito/Orton next week.

Cade and Murdoch vs. Cryme Tyme

Shad and JTG get a massive pop. Apparently, Cryme Tyme are 10-0 on Heat, and 2 of those wins came against the tag champs. Man, these guys are like Taker-lite. The Redneck Wreckin' Crew show off their titles. JTG and Cade start us off and lock up and Cade goes low. Slam to JTG. Goes for another one but JTG slips out the back and nails a dropkick. Murdoch in and he gets dropkicked. Shad in, and Cryme Tyme clear the ring with a pair of clotheslines. Cade and Murdoch regroup Cade back in and he locks up with JTG again and Cade gets hip tossed for one. Arm wringer by Cade, blind tag to Murdoch and JTG eats a big boot from Murdoch. We go to a commercial break.

We're back with Murdoch pounding away on JTG. Cade in and nails a chop sending JTG to his knees. Slam by Cade and Murdoch gets the tag. Cade hoists Murdoch up and drops the leg across the head of JTG. JTG fights back but Murdoch fends him off. Suplex blocked into an Inside Cradle by JTG. Cade in and drops a double axe-handle across the back. Murdoch in again and he repeats the axe-handle. Snapmare by Murdoch and now he applies a neck vice, which JTG counters his way out of with a jawbreaker. Murdoch runs into a back elbow and tags out to Cade who goes to the top but jumps into a big boot from JTG. Both guys down and get the hot tag. Shad nails a pair of clotheslines on Murdoch and Cade and follows up with a big back body drop. Snake eyes by Shad but Cade trips him up. JTG takes out Cade as Murdoch gets 2 on Shad. Shad on the apron and Murdoch tries a suplex back in, but JTG trips Murdoch and Shad falls on top for the three count! Cryme Tyme go 11-0!

Winners – Cryme Tyme

Wow, another fun edition of Heat, thanks to the lack of Snitsky and Hacksaw. Slimmer's back next week, I'll have the Raw Report tomorrow so until then, have a good… day.
