411's WWE Heat Report 09.02.07
Posted by Daniel Wilcox on 09.02.2007

And you can hardly blame him, looking at today's line-up.

The WWE intro rolls, followed by the Heat vid. Taped from Raw and airing in the UK, it's WWE Heat!

Todd Grisham and Jack Kopella are holding it down on commentary.

Mickie James vs. Jillian Hall

Hall is all miked-up and wants to sing for us, her adoring fans. Her voice draws more heat than anything else you'll see tonight and Mickie is here looking so gosh-darn-purdy. Both girls have gone for an aqua/black ensemble tonight. They lock up and hall TAKES James down while controlling the arm but Mickie rolls out of it, lands on her feet by countering a monkey flip then rolls through a sunset flip and hits a dropkick to the face. Forearms by James now but her whip is reversed and she gets taken into the corner. Hall attempts a handspring elbow but Mickie blocks it and attempts the Mickicanrana but she gets dumped on her head. Jillian nails her foe with a back elbow off the head which gets a 2 count. Hall is in control now and uses the ropes to damage Mickie more. James comes back with a forearm but Hall hits one of her own to regain control. Hall grabs chinlock as Kopella tells us Mickie has been riding since she was 11. That's horses, folks, get your heads out of the gutter. Mickie comes back with knees to the gut, ducks a clothesline and connects with a neckbreaker. Hall is up with rights to Mickie but James come back. Hall runs into a back elbow and James lands the Mickicanrana. Ducks a clothesline and nails Air Mickie! Takedown by James, and another one. HAIR TOSS! Hall comes back with a knee to the gut. James attempts a sunset flip but Hall sits on her face for 2. James completes the sunset flip for 2. Hall sets James up on the top rope. James goes for the DDT off the top but Hall shoves her off for a long 2 count. Mickie kicks Hall's knee out from under and then nails a roundhouse kick for the 3 count!

b>Winner – Mickie James

We see the closing moments of the Kennedy/Hardy match from Raw last week.

Hacksaw Jim Duggan vs. Jimmy Jack Cash

Cash looks like the lovechild of Samoa Joe and Rico, I kid you not. Duggan hits a piar of clotheslines early, gets a USA chant going and takes Cash down with some big right hands. Cash on the ropes now and gets hammered but he telegraphs Duggan and knocks him down. Cash works a chinlock but with the fans behind him, Duggan quickly fights out and knocks Cash down with a shoulder tackle but then runs into a kick and knee to the gut. Cash bounces Duggan off the turnbuckle and snapmares him for 2. Cash goes back to the chinlock and once again the crowd rally behind Hacksaw. Duggan elbows out and blocks an attempt at being taken off the turnbuckle. Duggan gets up in the corner and delivers a series of punches only for Cash to come back with rights. Slam by Duggan. Three point stance, clothesline, that's it.

Winner – Duggan

We see highlights of Carlito's Cabana on Raw where Triple H interrupts Vince McMahon.

The Sandman vs. Mike Edwards

Sandman is here minus beer. The fans are pretty rabid for Sandman. Edwards looks like Lance Storm only with less charisma. Imagine that. They tie-up and Edwards backs Sandman into the corner. They lock up again and this time Sandman takes Edwards to the corner and they break. Kick to the gut by Sandman, sends Edwards off the ropes and hip tosses him. Arm drag by Sandman into an arm bar. He wrenches the arm and twists it. Rights by Edwards, jabs, DDT countered into a Russian leg sweep and it's over.

Winner – Sandman

We see clips of Randy Orton losing to John Cena at Summerslam. Meanwhile, MSN tells me that Fearne Cotton is 25 today (Monday, UK time!) and I say she is still very hot. We go to Orton's promo from Raw this week leading to Cena coming out and then William Regal. This leads to John Cena vs. King Bizzle in the main event, where Randy runs in for the DQ. Orton proceeds to kick Cena's dad in the head knocking him silly. Yeah, it was great, and Fearne Cotton is still gorgeous and quite possibly the next Mrs. Wilcox Mk. II.

Snitsky vs. Super Crazy

Crazy ducks a clothesline and tries to chop the big man down early with kicks to the thighs. Crazy slips out of a attempted powerslam and gets a dropkick to the knee of Snitsky only to then eat a clothesline. Snitsky dominates from here, tossing Crazy over the top before bringing him back in and dropping an elbow. Slam by Snitsky. Double underhook submission hold, almost like a reverse full nelson if you will. Crazy comes back but runs into a big boot. Pumphandle slam and that's it.

Winner – Snitsky

It was 3 squash and a good women's match. Take from that what you will.
