Sunday Night Heat opening video.

Opening Match: Shelton Benjamin v. Shawn Stasiak
Shelton Benjamin went to Minnesota and was on the same wrestling team with
Brock Lesnar says Coach. They circle the ring and then lockup. Stasiak
powers Benjamin into the corner and gives him a little push to the face
which pisses Benjamin off. Benjamin chases Stasiak across the ring but
Stasiak ducks between the ropes and Earl Hebner stops Benjamin from
attacking. They lockup again and Benjamin takes Stasiak down, amateur style
and goes to the front headlock. Benjamin switches to an armbar but Stasiak
pokes Benjamin in the eye and then pounds out of it. Stasiak whips Benjamin
into the ropes and hits a shoulderblock. Stasiak whips Benjamin into the
ropes but is hit with Benjamin’s version of the Lou Theiz Press that gets 2
for Shelton. Stasiak is up first and he hits an armdrag and starts pounding.
Stasiak whips Benjamin into the ropes and throws him over the top rope.
Benjamin shows off his athleticism by holding onto the top rope and pulling
himself back into the ring. Stasiak see this and charges but he is thrown
over the top rope. Stasiak stalls on the outside until Benjamin gets too
close to the ropes. Stasiak grabs Benjamin’s foot and pulls him to the
outside. Stasiak with a suplex onto the outside and rolls Benjamin back in
the ring. Stasiak spears Benjamin in the corner and then hits a belly to
back suplex for 2. Stasiak with a snapmare into a modified surfboard.
Stasiak lets go of the hold and whips Benjamin into the ropes. Stasiak ducks
his head a little too early and Benjamin takes him down in an unorthodox
rollup that gets 2. Stasiak is up first and hits a big powerslam. Stasiak
picks Benjamin up and the two exchange blows. Benjamin gets the advantage
with punches, kicks and chops. Benjamin whips Stasiak into the ropes and
hits a back elbow and then a clothesline. Benjamin with another whip on
Stasiak and this time he hits a back drop. Stasiak back up and Benjamin
charges but Stasiak hits hit with a big spinebuster. Stasiak tries a suplex
but Benjamin flips out of it and tries a superkick. Stasiak catches
Benjamin’s foot and spins him around but is hit with a sweet (and loud)
spinwheel kick for the 1-2-3!
Winner: Shelton Benjamin

Sean O’ Haire v. Justin Credible
Justin Credible for the 3rd straight week! They start out with some
exchanging armdrags until O’ Haire knocks Credible down and Credible bails.
Back in the ring they lockup again. O’ Haire powers Credible into the
corner, as the release Credible hits a sucker punch which O’ Haire no-sells.
O’ Haire takes Credible down with a choke throw and then a hiptoss. O’ Haire
with an armdrag into an armbar. Credible pounds out but O’ Haire pulls
Credible right into his knee. O’ Haire hits a snap mare and then climbs to
the top rope and hits another snap mare from the top. O’ Haire whips
Credible into the corner and tries a spear but hits post injuring his
shoulder. Credible works on the shoulder with kicks and punches and then
goes to the armbar. O’ Haire pounds out of it and hits a powerslam. O’ Haire
whips Credible into the ropes and hits a back elbow, using the elbow that
was just injured. O’ Haire hits his version of the superkick and goes up
top. Credible gets up and hits a superkick as O’ Haire is coming down for 2.
O’ Haire whips Credible into the ropes and Justin tries a crossbody. O’
Haire catches it and hits the Cruel Intentions for the 1-2-3!
Winner: Sean O’ Haire

Terri is backstage with Steven Richards and Spike Dudley. Spike has no beef
with Steven and he just wants a clean wrestling match. Steven then goes on a
rant after Terri and Spike make a few jokes about him.

WWE Boom of the Night: Y2J marking out for himself after hitting RVD with a
spinwheel kick on Raw last Monday.

Steven Richards v. Spike Dudley
They get face to face and jaw jack with each other to start. Spike gets two
quick rollups for 2. Spike ducks a clothesline and gets a backslide for 2.
Steven knees Spike in the gut and throws him into the corner through the
ropes where Spike tastes the pole. Steven hits a suplex…then
another…than another for 2. Steven hits a neck breaker for 2. Steven
throws Spike into the corner and pounds away. Steven chokes Spike in the
corner with his boot. Steven tries another suplex but Spike flips out of it.
Spike goes for the Acid Drop but Steven pushes him into the corner and takes
him down. Steven puts Spike in a full nelson camel clutch. Spike arm goes
down twice but the third time it stays up. Spike crawls and makes the ropes.
Steven goes outside and grabs a chair. Before Steven can swing it, Spike
spears Steven and he drops the chair. Spike hits an atomic drop and then a
running bulldog. Spike tries the Acid Drop again but Steven counters again,
flipping Spike over his head to the mat. Steven grabs the chair and kills
Spike dead right in front of the referee for the automatic DQ.
Winner: Spike Dudley

Steven leaves the ring hugging and kissing the chair. Then he starts talking
to it.

Rock training for Summerslam is shown.

Replay of the boring HHH/HBK segment from last Monday.

Main Event: D-Lo Brown v. Raven (replaced by Johnny Stamboli)
Raven comes out on crutches and cuts a promo on how D-Lo will pay for
injuring his ankle after throwing him off the announcer’s table last week.
Raven brings Johnny Stamboli out as his replacement. D-Lo pounds on Stamboli
and hits a sunset flip for 2. Stamboli gets the advantage with a
clothesline. Stamboli pounds and chokes D-Lo in the corner. Stamboli hits
his own sunset flip but D-Lo flips out of it and hits a dropkick to
Stamboli’s face. D-Lo whips Stamboli into the ropes and hits a backdrop.
D-Lo ducks a clothesline and hits a jumping kick. D-Lo with a scoop slam and
then the Shaky, Shaky legdrop. Raven distracts D-Lo and when D-Lo walks over
he is hit with one of Raven’s crutches. Stamboli hits the Fugettabout’ It
for the 1-2-3!
Winner: Johnny Stamboli

Coach hypes Raw in Seattle tomorrow.
