Hey, due to the holidays, this is my last report on WCW TV until next year!

Ric Flair gives us the Thunder card from his limo. Tag Team Battle Royal. Goldberg’s opponent for Syn will be announcing, mystery man will be here and Steiner must wrestle.

WCW Cruiserweight Title
Jamie Knoble vs. C-H-A-V-O (not wacko)
Gotta love the old Eddie music for Chavito. Chavo on the mic! Says if he loses the title here, Shane Helms isn’t the #1 contender anymore, Chavo is. Good to see WCW giving cruisers some time again. Back and forth stuff to start. Jamie sends Chavo to the floor with a head scissors. Chavo back in, Jamie in control with a sunset flip. Piledriver? No Chavo knocks him down, low blow. Goes to work. Standing dropkick. This is a very slow match. Jamie with a backdrop. Here comes Sugar Shane Helms, he holds the leg of Jamie on a superplex, and Chavo hits a frog splash! Brainbuster.
Winner and STILL champ: Chavo

See, Chavo used mind games so Shane would help him win and Shane would still get his title shot.

Gene interviews Crowbar and Daffney backstage. He owes it all to Daffney that the “old” Crowbar is back.

Hacksaw is here in plain clothes. He apologizes for like an hour. No heat at all. He should have to join the army and regain his citizenship like when Sgt Slaughter turned good again. A whiny crying interview AIN’T GOOD ENOUGH HACKSAW.

Gene interviews the Natural Born Thrillers.

Duggan talks to Rection. Rection forgives Duggan, it’s about family.

2count vs. Jung Dragons vs. Meng/Kwee Wee vs. Harris Boyz vs. Knoble/Karagias vs. Rey/Kidman vs. J&O vs. Perfect Event
Stevie isn’t buying Duggan’s USA turn. Match starts after 4 teams only enter. Odd. Dragons are tossed. Leia Meow brings them to the back. Karagias and Knoble are next. 3count is gone. So the three teams that went crazy at Starrcade were dumped first. Vito comes out of the crowd and attacks Reno, who is at ringside. Johnny The Bull is here, he attacks Reno. Isn’t he a Thriller? Vito and Johnny hug. Tony: it’s a Mamaluke reunion! Hey Tony, it’s paisan!

Harrises are next to be dumped. We’re back, Kidman is gone, so Animals are done. Only the Thrillers are left. Sanders has a mic. He calls for the bell. Sanders gives such a long promo. The Insiders will fight some combo of the four NBT guys.

Gene talks to Steiner and Midajah, he has the Cat tonight.

PrimeTime Elix Skipper vs. Yo Yo Yo Let Me Suck Konnan
Back and forth. Skipper takes control after a Konnan offensive flurry to start. Konnan somersaults under Skipper and clotheslines Skipper. Tries another, Elix bridges back, upon coming up and Konnan hits an inverse DDT. Dropkick by PT. Head scissors from the apron. Missile dropkick. Prime Time in full control. Arm bar. Some bridges and stuff. Konnan rebounds, hits the rolling clothesline and then the Tequila Sunrise is exhumed for the submission.
Winner: Konnan

Gene interviews JJ. Jurassic Slapnutz. Asks about Steiner. Something about being buddies.

Wall and Lash ask Rection about Duggan, they toss him a hanky and mock him for being soft. They say why can’t you forgive Chavo and leave him.

Crowbar vs. Bam Bam Bam
Bammer favoring his knee, but beats down on Crowbar to begin. Crowbar goes after the knee. Crowbar merciless on that knee. Brawling moves to the floor, Daffney distracts BBB and Crowbar takes advantage. Into the ring and does a baseball slide dropkick to the floor, then hits the big splash from the apron onto BBB. Back inside. Here comes Meng, headbutts Crowbar (payback from Monday night), ref was distracted, BBB hits the Greetings from Asbury Park.
Winner: Bigelow

Norman Smiley is fetched to go to the ring. But I’m off! It’s a makeup match. I predict Goldberg.

Norman Smiley vs. Goldberg
Spear. Jackhammer.
Winner: Goldberg (33-0)

Luger and Buff on the big screen, the match for Syn is Goldberg/Sarge vs. Buff/Luger, if either Goldberg or Sarge is pinned, both have to retire.

Goldberg helps Smiley up.

Gene interviews Shane and Kronic. He is prepped, Shane gives them a big wad of cash.

Tenay with a sit down interview with Ric Flair earlier today. Who is the father of Stacey’s baby? Oh wait, we forgot about that angle. Tenay asks Flair who the mystery opponent is.

Gene interviews Cat.

Shane and Kronic vs. MIA
Shane on the mic, brings out Kronic. Adams and Rection to begin. Adams knocks him down and goes to work. Lash is in, gets some shots in, but Adams no sells because he got PAID. Full nelson slam. Clarke is in, and goes to work on Lash. Kronic is so devastating that they don’t NEED the tag titles. Lash uses the power of his sideburns to fight back. Wall is in, Kronic beats him down, in comes Shane. Reverse Snapmare. Tag to Rection, he takes out Shane, Kronic comes in, so does MIA and it’s chaos. Meltdown on Lash. Rection sends Kronic to the floor. Rection hits a TEN PUNCH COUNT ALONG on Shane. Moonsault by Rection on Shane, Clarke makes the save, Wall knocks out Clarke. Rection and Shane in the ring, Adams takes out Wall on the floor with a chair, hits Rection in back with chair, Shane hits a Franchiser.
Winner: Shane and Kronic

After the match, Shane uses the chain to beat up Rection and Kronic beats up MIA.

Backstage Rection is pissed.

What is this? Here comes Lance Storm, PrimeTime and Major Trash. Storm on the mic, runs down the election and Duggan. Star and Stripes plays, and here comes Hacksaw to about no pop. Duggan has crowd chant USA. Hoooooo. He fends off Storm and Skipper, and Mike Awesome is here to back him up! They go to brawl, and Awesome TURNS ON DUGGAN! WOW that is the most shocking thing I have seen in a long long time. And I actually like it! Give Awesome an edge, Team Canada is actually a force…

Gene interviews the NEW Team Canada. Awesome says he’s no longer stuck in the past, now he’s Team Canada. He’s the Canadian Career Killer. Storm warns Duggan to walk away.

Steiner goes right to work. This show is going to run long? Chops in the corner. Steiner with a backbreaker. Foot choke in the corner. Whip into the corner, Cat rebounds and gets some blows in. Some kicks. No pop for Cat. Feliner sends Steiner to the floor. Cat follows and brawls. Sends Steiner into the STEEEEEEL steps. The yacks go at it. Cat brings Steiner into the ring. Dances and splits with a shot to the throat. Steiner catches Cat with a belly to belly. Robbie Rage, err the mystery man is on the entrance ramp, he is making weird arm motions. Steiner is distracted, Cat hits the Feliner, and Steiner kicks out. Steiner back up, big suplex. Recliner.
Winner and STILL champ: Steiner

Steiner runs to the back after the mystery guy and we are out until 2001.
