411’s LIVE Raw Report 02.26.2007: Donald Trump selects his representative

PROMO TIME – Vince McMahon

He points out the barbers chair on the stage. He reminds us of the stipulations in the Wrestlemania match. Crowd interupts Vince to tell him that he sucks. Vince says that the Donald is about to name his representative. Vince then goes on to say the same “I’m going to shave you bald” he’s been saying for weeks. He does add in that he’ll give Donald a “billionaire bitchslap”. He thinks Donald hasn’t selected Rey Mysterio and footage follows of Umaga dismantling him on Smackdown. JR calls it “heinous”. Vince brings Umaga (Samoa Joe-mal) out here. Vince thinks that Trump is about to outdo him but he can’t because Wrestlemania was created by him and no one can outdo him at Mania. DONALD TRUMP interupts via pre-recorded thoughts. He’s impressed by Umaga but he’s an animal. He says his man will tame this animal. His representative at Wrestlemania is…BOBBY LASHLEY. Which the WWE let slip some time last week when they had various advertisements with him named. Lashley has a staredown with Umaga. The crowd starts chanting “Austin” by the sounds of it. Vince gets pissy and orders security out here. That prevents a possible brawl although one didn’t look like likely. Having said that Umaga dives in there and security have a brawl to pull apart. They start laying out security and the brawl heads out to the floor. This continues for a couple of minutes until the ad break kicks in.

Masterlock Challenge

This challenge features the Great Khali. Masters looks somewhat nervous about this and gets upset about how hard it is to even get the full nelson applied. He can’t get it on but that brings out Smackdown’s KANE. He’s not happy about Khali assaulting him last week. Masters earns himself a chokeslam by standing in the way. Kane boots Khali into the ropes and clotheslines him over the top. Kane chair shots Masters for his own amusement and to intimidate Khali.

BACKSTAGE Vince McMahon gets angry about Lashley. Vince gets a phone call while ranting at The Coach. The board of directors are thinking about appointing a guest referee at Wrestlemania.
