More Dragon Gate USA News: New Talent For Chicago, New Belt Being Made, More

August 18th: All the participants in FRAY! on 9/6 in Chicago are now finalized. FRAY! starts with two competitors. Another combatant enters FRAY! every three minutes. Eliminations can take place anytime by pinfall, submission or DQ. There are no countouts. The last survivor is the winner. Golden Ringside ticket holders will be admitted early to see FRAY! so you must have a Golden Ringside ticket to see this bout. Since 1st, 2nd and 3rd rows are sold out, you must buy a 4th row Golden Ringside ticket to see this contest (available now in DGUSA.tv Store or by calling 267-519-9744). Once 4th row sells out there will be no way to see FRAY! featuring a talent roster that would do any independent promotion proud. Here are the participants:

-NEW Arik Cannon (punker brings lots of “snap” and has devastating brainbuster)
-NEW Flip Kendrick (insane high-flyer has recovered from broken jaw)
-Hallowicked (top CHIKARA star)
-Johnny Gargano (great showing in Philly 7/25 FRAY!)
-Louis Lyndon (impressed Philly crowd during 7/25 FRAY!)
-Mustafa Ali (growing reputation on indies)
-Shiima Xion (fresh of a tour of AAA in Mexico )
-The Great Malaki (known to Congress Theater crowd for his ring entrance)

Thank you to everyone that participated and suggested names for FRAY! in the Feature Articles section as Arik Cannon’s name came up regularly. Since he is a part of the AAW roster he was a natural selection for the final spot. FRAY! isn’t just a “preshow” or “dark” match for “green” talent. FRAY! is a true bonus match for Golden Ringside ticket holders with hungry talent looking to steal the show with this star making opportunity.

August 18th: DGUSA has commissioned Wildcat Championship Belts to design and manufacture the Open The Freedom Gate title belt. The first champion will be determined on 11/28 in Philadelphia.
