Update on Kane’s MITB Status (SPOILERS)

According to Pwinsider.com, on the Australian version of Smackdown, which has already aired there, it was announced by Michael Cole that Kane is officially out of the All Star Money in the Bank ladder match. They did not announce a replacement.
