WWE Saturday Morning Slam Unlikely to Return
– At this time, it appears that the WWE Saturday Morning Slam show will not be returning. Saturday Morning Slam is no longer listed as an active show on the company website and the new season of shows for the CW’s Vortex have started to air.
Word is that there were creative differences between CW executives and WWE officials. Network executives wanted WWE to alter the program’s format from taped matches to a news magazine show and that is where negotiations for the second season fell apart.
